The initial booking process was smooth, and the phone call was friendly and informative, clearly explaining what was recommended based on my medical history. I reached out to Clayton after being told about Heal Labs from a friend of mine and service was absolutely superb from start to finish. Clayton was available at all times and even jumped on the initial call with me at 9pm on a Friday night. I was booked in for 3 days later and the whole process was seamless. No pain at all during the blood test and a full explanation of what the results would entail. 2 days later I had my results with the full report, which is more in depth than any doctors report I’ve ever had. 2 days later I also received the doctors video with feedback on the full results, going through each individual result.
