   They are professional and competitive. I got my full body done at their Chiswick branch. Lorie was very thorough and thoughtful.    I was recommended by one of my friend who has recently got full body laser hair removed from Chiswick branch. I am so very delighted and pleased that I followed his advice and got my first session done today. They offered me very competitive price. Lorie at Chiswick branch was extremely welcoming, kind, professional and made me feel so comfortable. She was very empathetic and kept asking if I was OK. I was touched by her empathy, professional attire and on the top sterling customer service. She was very reassuring and managed to put my mind at ease as I was scared at the beginning. I had my third session today at Chiswick branch and I am already well chuffed and impressed with results so far. Lorie has been doing an amazing job. She is not only pro in her job but she is also blessed with empathy, compassion and great patience. Getting laser done on your body is not a comforting experience but Lorie puts her heart and soul in her job to ensure that customer feels less pain and endeavours to put them at ease. This is not an easy job dealing with abnoxoius smell of burnt hair and giving mammoth physical input to do laser continously for hours. We should be very grateful and respectful towards staff in this industry. Thank you from bottom of my heart for accelerating my confidence that I am getting with my smooth skin.    I attended the Chiswick branch today for session 3 of 10. I was on the verge of cancelling my sessions and lodging a complaint against the woman who was running this branch and administering treatments because she was rude and swung that laser around missing spots and not holding the cold air in the correct place. I was dreading today’s session but on my arrival I found out this woman had left and the clinic was now being run by Lori. She was terrific. She was incredibly apologetic about the previous treatment I had received and then went on to administer the laser hair removal with great care, thoroughness and competence. It made me realise the service I had previously received was even worse than I had realised, but now in Lori’s hands I can relax and trust the treatment administration. She made me feel very comfortable. Now that she has taken over I wouldn’t hesitate to highly recommend this clinic. I hope business picks up and that the clinic is very successful because she really deserves it.

   I wish everyone gets a chance to receive treatment from Kasia. She was fantastic! It was my first session, but she made me feel extremely comfortable from the start. She took her time to explain everything that she was doing and why she was doing it, which really put me at ease. During the treatment she always made sure I was comfortable and I really felt well taken care of. She also took the time to carefully go through aftercare with me which I found really useful as well. I was so happy with my experience with her!

   Elena is a top professional! Highly recommend the London Laser Clinic Chiswick! I’ve had only 4 sessions of Alexandrite and the results are amazing. The clinic is very clean and Elena is always happy to answer my questions in details. I’ve had sessions before in 2 other clinics for 1+ year (approx 10 sessions) with no obvious results. My 4 sessions with Elena are fantastic and the results are permanent. By far the best clinic I’ve ever been.
