   I had my laser treatment with Bahar and I honestly can’t say enough good things. From the moment I arrived, she was so kind, welcoming, and professional, which immediately made me feel comfortable. She took the time to explain the process clearly, answered my questions patiently, and checked in throughout the appointment to make sure I was okay. She was very gentle, careful, and attentive, and you can tell she really cares about doing a great job and making clients feel at ease. The whole experience was smooth, clean, and relaxing, and I left feeling really happy with the service. Since I’ve been using Candela for years in my hometown, I specifically wanted the same technology to ensure both results and safety. I’ve now been having my treatments at EverySkin for several months, and I think it’s the perfect time to share my experience. Every session has been great—the clinic is clean, the atmosphere is comfortable, and the staff are always welcoming. My therapist, Ivanka, is especially wonderful.    5*+ One of my laser treatments was a bit rushed and it showed on the results so I left a review accordingly and a day later the manager of the clinic called me to discuss my review. She was genuinely interested what happened and how they can improve, at the end of the call she’s offered the exact same treatment as a complementary one. I just attended the complementary treatment this weekend and I am very happy. The therapists have been always professional, polite and caring, customer care in my opinion is just next level and the clinic is always clean and welcoming. You can also collect loyalty points which add up nicely.

   I have visited EverySkin Chiswick several times since they opened last year and each time has been a great experience with the different treatments I've had. Not only are the girls there friendly and welcoming but they also know their stuff! They are so accommodating - squeezing me in very last minute on a few occasions! I have seen Agatha for laser treatments as well and I am so pleased with the results (after being unhappy at other places in the past) she is professional and friendly and makes me feel very at ease. EverySkin Chiswick is the only place for me.
