She listened carefully to my story, taking the time to understand the nature of my pain, its possible origin, and my current lifestyle. Based on this, she thoughtfully provided me with a tailored exercise plan. Throughout the session, she demonstrated exceptional care, patience, and kindness. It’s professionals like Rose who truly embody what makes the NHS great.

   Very good physios but the staff at reception were very unwelcoming and rude every interaction I had with them. Extremely difficult to also book in follow up appointments.
