Horrible practice I have been trying to get an appointment however my call was on waiting today for 30 mins even with I being the first caller in the queue , another route is online form where they will respond after 48 hours and they came back yesterday on it to say your appointment is 3 weeks later that’s the best they can do. Horrible wish I could give negative rating

I have been with Chalkhill practice for 9 years now, never had an easy appointment, never got treatment, never felt well after a visit. They are always slow with their appointments and answering calls. Even the stupid online e consult system is long and useless. Other GP’s provide quick treatment and they take care of their patients. Most of the staff in reception are not professional, their words are harsh and never helpful. I an forced to be with then currently but i wish they change and become better.

Since covid we bearly see the doctor maybe once every few years. Even when I fill in the ridiculous useless e consult form online, sometimes the doctors don't call me.I was so unwell last week ,even I lost my voice and I mentioned that in the form but still I need to wait 2 days until they call me and sometimes they don't. They're saying we are busy but I don't know how they busy if they don't see the patients, or maybe they see their own people and they get money for that. This is the worse gp I ever seen.

I had a wonderful experience (my health issues aside) at the Chalk hill Practice last month. The staff were friendly and professional, and the doctor took her time to listen to my concerns and explain everything clearly. The surgery was clean, organised, and welcoming. I felt genuinely cared for and confident in the treatment provided. Highly recommend

Please read this if you’re from any Asian country. If your loved ones are suffering from persistent health issues in the UK and not getting proper results, consider getting them checked back home. My father suffered from severe headaches for over 4 months. Despite multiple GP visits, all he got was paracetamol and other medicines, with no improvement. Appointments were hard to get, and the process was slow. I eventually decided to send him back home, where they discovered he was in the early stages of a serious condition mental . Thankfully, he’s now fine. The UK healthcare system works step by step, and every step takes time and effort to arrange appointments. While I respect the staff for following their protocols, the process can be frustrating when urgent care is needed. If your parents or loved ones are still struggling after many check-ups here, don’t hesitate to get a second opinion back home.

If there was a negative star that could be awarded, I would have opted in for that. Broken website and services. Rude and illiterate receptionists hired who have no clue of customer service. If NHS is handing out free GP licenses then I guess this is what you can expect.

You have to wait over an hour for them to answer the call. The gp will try its best to tell you nothing is wrong with you. I had to contact them four times just to get an appointment and I’m still waiting for them just to confirm my ultrasound appointment. So unreliable, especially during cold and flu season.

Horrible rude staff, we have a medical emergency and they refused to corporate. We even asked them to send a referral so we can just go to another clinic, They said yes on the phone but then later refused. Staff is so uncooperative and unprofessional. They have time and time refused to help patients. The other reception on the phone told us that this practise is horrible and harass patients. We will be filing a medical negligence case and if any one has faced harassment, please message us.

This is the worst practice i have come across. the receptionist are arrogant rude and unapproachable. if someone call for an appointment they will always speak in a rude tone and never offer an appointment even if that patient is elderly, asthmatic and with multiple medical condition's. if we request to speak to managent they will always wave us off. I will least recommend this surgery. its high time the managent consider changing staff to more professional, empathetic and polite staff

Avoid them!! terrible staff and experience. Last year I've waited for 8 months for an appointment with a specialist just to find out that the surgery FORGOT to send my gp reference. I've called them many times and they always said that I need to wait more time. Now I have another health problem and the gp told me to call the surgery in order to arrange a specific collection, but they don't answer the phone at all, they pick up the phone and put it down just to close your call, I've heard the receptionist speaking to someone while she was doing that.
