I had an hour long Swedish massage with Darius and he was so welcoming and friendly, made me feel super comfortable! The massage itself was also just perfect, totally listened to everywhere I was experiencing pain and he put extra care and took extra time to make it an enjoyable and beneficial experience. I was seen by Alma, for a full body massage. The massage was honestly the best I ever had which also included a mini therapy session which at the time was needed. I felt great after as I had locked shoulder which is now functioning I will definitely visit again. She happy to massage in silence or have a conversation which for me was great. Thank you so much!!!!
AWFUL EXPERIENCE. I was quoted 145 pounds for a new appointment over the phone ,when I inquired for an appointment with thomas. I was told there was a 6 week waiting time.I then rang again 7 days later to book with Thomas marshall-manifold, and was told a 3 months waiting list! I had more back and forth emails with his secretary Sue (after waiting over a week for her email response). she said she could squeeze me in for £199 but it has to be tomorrow as we have a cancellation!!! The price had gone up even though sue told me the price had not gone up when I met in person! I specifically said I wanted Ozone therapy which she said Thomas could help me with.Sue said you must have a consultation first before the Ozone treatment. I had my appointment with Thomas and I learnt almost nothing new from what I already knew. They slyly wouldn't let me book a follow up appointment to book my ozone treatment.Sue said we will write to you. Thomas then emailed me to say I don't have the time to take you on as a new patient knowing full well thats what I came in for specifically. Its outrageous! They don't care about there patients. He knew before he took me on as a patient whether or not he could spare me the time.Not only did they steal all my money,he did a chiropractic adjustment on me and was rough on me. When I told him to go gentle prior. He tighten up my sacrolliac joint by jerking my shoulder down and has cost me hundreds of pounds to fix it from other practitioners. Avoid this place at all costs. Would leave 0 stars if I could. Go somewhere where the practitioner actually cares about your well being and isn't after your cash.
Dr. Thomas is incredible! He did a great job with my 2 and a half years old daughter’s health exam. Not only has he explained everything to me in a very clear manner, but also he is lovely to speak with. He was also kind and friendly and even managed to calm her down as she was a bit tearful. All of the staff was great – they were helpful and patient. Wonderful and warm experience from start to finish, I am so glad I chose Wimbledon Clinic and would highly recommend to anyone.
It was my first time seeing a chiropractor. I was nervous but Niall Marshall- Manifold made me feel extremely comfortable, he was able to answer any questions I had. My lower back and shoulders had been very painful for a long time I was advised exercises and postures that have helped a lot. I also love how friendly the ladies at the reception are. I highly recommend this clinic. Thank you all very much.
On recommendations from two other patients, I was very fortunate to get an appointment with Dr Tom Marshall-Manifold a few years ago. I was suffering with back pain which was then causing pain in my neck and shoulders and down into my legs. After the first couple of treatments I was pain free and that is maintained by 3 monthly appointments. On occasions in between appointments when I have put my back out, Sue has been wonderful in fitting me in for an emergency appointment. A couple of years ago I slipped over in work and although I hadn't broken anything I was given crutches by the A&E at the hospital. I went to see Tom and I walked out of his clinic without crutches. There have been a couple of times where I have had to cancel my appointment at the very last minute and quite honestly I was happy to pay the cancelled consultation fee (I am by no means well off), but I very much value the treatment I receive from Tom and the flexibility from Sue in getting an urgent appointment when needed. I travel for an hour to hour & half for my appointment there and back, but have never found a chiropractor closer to me that has kept me pain free.
Before being recommended to Tom and the Wimbledon Clinic approximately 3 years ago, I had been in constant pain for over 2 years as nothing was helping with my severe back pain, including two courses of nerve block injections. After my initial assessment with Tom, I had 2 further sessions, by the end of which I was pain free for the first time in a long time which felt amazing. I now see Tom every 4 weeks and would be in a pretty miserable situation if I didn't! Tom and his family run a warm and welcoming clinic, and will go out of their way to help you. I can't recommend them enough, and actually have to a few of my family and work colleagues who Tom has also helped.
