The midwife service is good but the facility here is really shabby and dirty... Only noticed it in communal areas and outside, the loos and rooms were fine, but just a really grim first impression
The person who have taken blood from my arm, I am not sure they have done the full test on how to do it, because the way they have bruisine me have left on my arm is an absolute joke. It's ridiculous. I am in pain

In regards to the service COPE at this facillity, I have been highly dissapointed. They phone me when I have told them I am unable to answer the phone at certain times. Then they can't find me on their system. They don't leave messages. They tell me that they cannot send me written confirmation of my appointment - I'm given vague directions over the phone and not even told who I am seeing or what to expect. As they refuse to even send me an email with details so I am unable to get time off work. It's a total waste of my time and NHS money leaving me to deal with my cronic pain when I so badly need the support.
The ladies here were wonderful. YAA guided me through a difficult place on my phone,she took my blood sample and was terrific with a brilliant bed side manner A real pleasure to deal with and YAA was a real professional and very caring and took my blood so efficiently I didn’t realise she had finished !!! Wonderful lady
