   My asthma got worse while I was traveling in Europe, and since I hadn't brought my inhaler with me from Japan, I looked into this place and decided to come here for treatment. The person who answered the phone and the doctor (a female doctor) were really kind, and although I was feeling unwell in a foreign country, I felt at ease. They prescribed me an inhaler and oral medication. (My insurance covered my Amex credit card.) Thanks to them, I was able to enjoy the rest of my trip, and my asthma has completely subsided since I returned home. Thank you very much. It's close to the station, but unlike central London, it has a slightly spooky atmosphere. I think it's fine during daylight hours.

   I always take care of my children here, and it's especially helpful that they have X-rays when I have sprains or dislocations. Green Medical, a similar medical institution for Japanese people, has not been offering face-to-face consultations for a long time if I have coronavirus symptoms (and they say things like, "It's really cold over the phone, do you have a cough? Then we can't do it," etc.), but when I had acute bronchitis and couldn't sleep because my cough wouldn't stop, they offered to see me face-to-face, which was really helpful. When I had a sprain, I had no choice but to buy crutches, which I wouldn't need in 1-2 weeks, and they were for children, so it was an expensive purchase. (They're actually getting in the way at home now.) I wish they had a rental system, so I'm giving them 4 stars less.

   I was at a loss on a Saturday at the end of the year, but I was so grateful to the doctor who called me back, and to the receptionist who called me the next day to check on me. I admire the sense of mission that you have in your work. I'm glad to be Japanese, and I learned a lot about your work attitude.

   A Japanese-affiliated hospital for expatriates. The pediatrician is kind and caring. The parking lot is easier to park on the side not facing the main street.

   During my trip, I fell ill and rushed in, but the teachers and staff were all very kind. It's a little far from Zone 1, which has many tourist spots, but if you go by cab, you'll get there fairly quickly.

   I caught a cold and made it worse without knowing it. At other hospitals, I was only prescribed cough syrup, and there was no sign of improvement, and I was at a loss. It was very easy to understand how to use the prescribed medicine carefully. It was really helpful to see it even though it was the weekend!
