The dentist was incredibly kind and understanding. I was treated with total dignity and made me feel completely at ease. I cried happy tears when I left! The reception girls were lovely, too. I have never experienced such phenomenal service. Thank you very very much.
I attended Triangle Dental clinic to see Dentist Nada on 18th November and Hygienist Ranuka and her assistant Hannah on 19th November. I was warmly welcomed by 2 young smiley receptionists on both occasions. I was also warmly greeted by both Nada and Ranuka which felt really nice. This was my very first visit. Following her initial assessment and diagnosis of gingivitis, Dentist Nada advised me to see the Hygienist in the first instance and said that she would refer me to a specialist if necessary in the future. She offered me a 3 month follow-up. Ranuka removed the tartar buildup most skilfully and efficiently and advised me to see her in 6 months. Thank you Triangle Dental clinic.
Fantastic experience. The dentist was reassuring, kind, and helpful - I was nervous about needing a root canal during pregnancy but he provided me with plenty of information & made the options clear. Plus friendly reception staff. Very pleased with this dental practice!
I had a root canal done by Dr. Nada, and she was amazing! She was very honest and made sure everything was clear before starting the treatment. I really appreciated how careful she was and how she took her time to make sure the job was done perfectly. I felt comfortable and well taken care of the whole time. Highly recommend Dr. Nada and her team for anyone looking for a dentist who is both skilled and sincere .
We were lucky to have Dr. Sahar Nasar as our previous dentist, and she has been absolutely incredible. She’s efficient, caring, and really takes the time to listen and explain options rather than rushing into extractions or unnecessary procedures. Her kindness and professionalism make every visit a positive experience, and we’re truly grateful for the care she has given us. Now that she’s moved to Kingston, we’re excited to continue with Triangle as a family and feel confident knowing we’re in such good hands. Thank you, Sahar and team, for all that you do! Dr Arvinder Parshad King is fantastic, extremely good at her job but also caring and attentive. However, the previous reception staffs had an unhelpful and uncaring attitude, and were letting the practice down. Now, the two new young reception ladies seems to have what was missing, a helpful and caring attitude towards all the patients and also a welcoming smile. First impressions are important, they now make the Triangle practice a top practice.
Despite stating they take nhs patients on the nhs website at the end of december 2022, they don't. We have just called and they said they don't take anymore nhs patients.Please update your data. Another dentist forcing to go private again.
Good dentist with friendly, smiling staff. I had to come here for a tooth filling replacement and the procedure went incredibly smoothly. That being said, it is absolutely impossible to get through to the clinic over the phone (they rarely seem to answer for some reason) and appointments are booked too far in advance for my liking.
I am private patient registered at this clinic and so far they are the worst dental clinic due to the following; - They can not keep up to their appointments. My appointment cancelled multiple times from May/June this year. - Never bother to check-up on their patients. - They split the payments and if the appointment is cancelled/missed you loose your money. - Almost impossible to book an appointments via the phone. I have tried calling them three time today and no one pickup the phone. If you are looking for new dental clinic, try you best to avoid this clinic.
