   Disappointing experience. I bought a package of six laser sessions, but the first five had almost no effect. Only at the final session was I told the settings needed adjusting for my skin and hair colour — and I saw results shortly after. Frustrating to realise most of the package was ineffective due to incorrect settings. It feels like the first five sessions were a waste of money, which is disappointing given the cost and expectations.

Marsha was also reassuring throughout the session, which made me feel comfortable and confident in the process. I really appreciate her attention to detail and care.

   I absolutely love going to [Laser Clinic Westfield]! From the first visit, everyone made me feel so comfortable and cared for. [Lubna] is honestly the best — she is kind, gentle, and always makes sure I’m relaxed and know what’s happening. You can tell they really care about their clients and take pride in their work. I have been doing laser and micro-needling for a year and half. My results have been amazing, and I always leave feeling confident and happy. I can’t recommend [Lubna] and the whole team enough!    I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding the poor service and treatment I experienced at your clinic on 19th September 2025 When I attended my appointment, I specifically asked if you provide treatments for my 13-year-old daughter. Your staff member assured me that you do, and she strongly insisted that I book an appointment and make payment in advance. Based on this assurance, I proceeded with the booking and payment, intending to also purchase skincare products for my daughter at a later stage. However, when I returned to the clinic, another member of staff rudely informed me that the booking would not be accepted due to my daughter’s age. When I asked to speak to the staff member who initially advised me to book, I was told she “didn’t want to be disturbed.” This response was not only unprofessional but also deeply disrespectful, considering I was following advice given by your own team and had already made payment. This experience has left me very disappointed with your clinic’s service, communication, and customer care.

   I always enjoy going to this clinic. It's very clean and has a nice professional but relaxed atmosphere. My last session was with Lubna and (I can't believe I"m saying this about a laser hair removal appointment) but I had a great time and really enjoyed myself. Lubna was really friendly, caring and made me laugh! It's so nice not to dread going to a session like this. Would definitely recommend above the other laser hair removal clinics I've been to before. The results have been amazing so far.

   After the first laser treatment I noticed a big difference. I shaved my legs only 2 times between the first and second treatment (4 weeks apart) and before I had to shave every 3-4 days. Because of the excellent results on the second treatment, I decided to do bikini and underarms as well. The girls working there are super friendly and kind, ready to assist anytime. Thank you so much and see you in April, cannot wait for my third session! :D

   I am very VERY happy with my results! Honestly, everyone in the clinic is so so nice, always helping me if I have any questions. Anytime I come I feel welcome. The staff is so professional! Honestly, chefs kiss. Rooms are very clean and I see that girls are always making sure everything is sanitised and treatments are done to a highest standard. Big Thank you to Adrianna- she helped my plan my skincare and recommend skin treatments targeting my needs! So happy I’ve chosen this clinic

   I have done quite many times with Laser Clinics for hair removal and so far I am very happy with the result. My hair getting lesser and finer! Friendly and helpful staff especially Adrianna! She is so amazing and very detailed! Definitely recommended for anyone who wants to try laser treatments for hair removal!! It’s so much better than IPL and other treatments, it’s pain-free and very effective & time efficient.

   The people in the clinic are absolutely helpful. It was an emergency for me , I needed an appointment urgently I walked in on Saturday evening when it was super busy , they still managed to give me an appointment and didn’t ask me to come next time or anything . All three employees present there were extremely helpful. This one employee’ ADRIANA ‘carried out my session immediately and gave me a proper treatment, she is absolutely lovely. I 100% recommended this place
