Amazing service at Simply Clinics Shepherd’s Bush. I had a Brazilian wax and half leg treatment with Mona and was really happy. She was professional, made me feel comfortable, and the results were great. Highly recommend!
I don’t like leaving bad reviews but my recent experience at Simply was far from good. The therapist wasn’t wearing a mask and she was coughing and clearing her throat during the treatment - this made me feel uncomfortable. I was also left with a bruise in the middle of my forehead after having a hydrofacial (something that never happened to me before). The bruise is still there, 6 days after the treatment.. Everyone makes mistakes but I am disappointed by the response I got from the clinic. I won’t be coming back.
I had a microneedling treatment with Mona yesterday, and it was fantastic! She was incredibly attentive and detail-oriented throughout the entire process. Mona explained each step as she went and offered genuinely helpful advice on how to improve my skin. I highly recommend her!
I've been to Simply Clinics 27 Goldhawk Road location twice now. I was seen by Zeenat the first and Mona the second and both times were a really enjoyable experience. Both ladies made me feel very comfortable during my treatment, I particularly enjoyed talking all things Obagi with Mona - I really recommend this clinic and I'll definitely continue going there!
I have been going to Simply clinics for over a year because the team are so professional, friendly and good at what they do! I highly recommend the laser hair removal - it's affordable, relatively painless and you see results almost immediately. I also recently got the hydrafacial which was soo relaxing and left my face glowing! All my sessions recently have been with Mona, who is absolutely fantastic at what she does and she makes you feel so comfortable during the session. I cannot recommend enough. I been coming here due to scarring for microneedling with add ons and honestly the best decision I have made. I am astonished with the results within the first session, I never thought I would feel much more confident and comfortable with myself after the session. I would especially recommend asking for Mona, she gives the best advice, she’s highly educated, super caring, makes sure you are comfortable and does what’s best for the client. Trust me, I am happy.
I’ve now had my second laser session with Mona and she is amazing! Mona really takes the extra time to make sure you’re comfortable and minimise pain, which makes a world of difference - she is really passionate and it comes across in her service, as she goes the extra mile and is incredibly thorough!
