    I visited the store for ear piercing, but the staff wearing a pink jacket informed me that their ear piercing license had expired and was awaiting renewal. They suggested I go to Hammersmith launch instead. Upon arriving there, I discovered the store was permanently closed, leading to a significant waste of my time. I urge the management to update their online information and educate their staff to avoid such inconveniences for future customers.
