   They have the worst customer service ever, the girl who took my call was not empathetic at all. I called and it took like 20 mins to answer. I went to the GP in person and they were talking between them. I told them I need help kinda urgent and she answered to me that there are no appointments for today and if I need more help I need to go to emergencies. She said so normal and had no empathy nor customer service. Seriously one of the worst GP I ever went

   Recently, with the new system for appointments in place, the service significantly improved. If important/urgent/relevant, in a couple of hours we do get a phone call or a face to face appointment. Dr Dhall, Dr Chahal and Dr Sukumaran are always very attentive, responsive and reassuring. Thank you!

   I booked an appointment for my toddler through the website and received a call within 30 minutes, giving me an appointment at the surgery. Dr Dhall was quite patient and kind to have a look at my son and explain that I did not have anything to worry which was quite reassuring. My experience has been quite positive at the surgery and I've been registered with them for nearly 8 years.

   Is worse GP i visited. If I can, I give them 0 stars and today I lost my power. Accidentally last week I forgot cream on the doctor desk on Friday bud I found it in the evening so I can call on Monday/ if doctor’s see patients something left, have to call straight to the patient and I can come back to pick up at the same time/. On Monday I called receptionist and she said I have to make appointment on Thursday and speak to doctor/ I don’t need doctors is like lost and found and I pay for cream from my packets no prescription/, bud I politely waited until Thursday. Today I come to the Surgery , receptionist again asked me for appointment and again I explained her the story. Finally they checked for me and with no sorry they said maybe cleaning lady throw it away?!?! What is this a lie? How can doctor keep any medical thing like that? I don’t need them smiling, I like see professionalism and kindness. With this Surgery I m long time and I was happy even Im healthy. Now, seriously? I’m shocked!

   I have been with the Cloister Road surgery for the past 8 years and my experience with this surgery has been excellent. The entire practice is run very efficiently with a very professional staff and the level of medical care has been truly exceptional in quality of diagnosis, treatment and speed of referrals when needed. Right through the Covid pandemic and lockdown, access to the clinic and GP care were phenomenal. I highly recommend this surgery to any new comer.

During my consultation, Dr. Cloister took the time to listen to all of my concerns and made me feel heard and understood. They were thorough in their examination and explained every aspect of the procedure to me in a way that was easy to understand.

   I am astounded by all these negative reviews. I have never experienced any problems at this practice. I am always able to get an appointment, find the reception staff, doctors and nurses very helpful and friendly and I've never waited more than 20 minutes for my appointment. It is the best doctor's surgery I have ever been registered with!
