Would be nice if they had a sense of urgency at the urgent treatment centre. Not even 1 hour into their day and they're already 20 minutes behind schedule. Incredibly rude as well.

Doctor and receptionist have lied to me and not provided discharge summary...they have witheld information from me and lied to me and basically ushered me out of the door with out even treating me....will be raising a formal grevience and doing a full data subject access request so the doctor and receptionist in question can be held accoubtable

It's not a walk in centre as indicated on the NHS website. I had a leg wound and while I was given antibiotics they were unable to dress the wound and I had to go to St Charles Hospital to have done.

I had an unacceptable experience with the 111 receptionist yesterday. I arrived at 8:45 AM for a 9:00 AM appointment. The receptionist, a middle-aged woman whose name starts with “D”, arrived at 8:50 AM. By 9:10, I asked when I would be checked in. She responded rudely, blaming a slow computer. I was finally booked at 9:12 AM only after the doctor intervened. She was then noticeably polite and apologetic to the next patient—a white man—while I, a visibly pregnant Muslim woman, was met with open hostility. She also recorded my booking details incorrectly and continued to speak to me rudely. I believe her behaviour was discriminatory and unacceptable.

I was sent here by 111 for a 9am appointment. I was there at 8.50 and was faced with a very rude, unfriendly and unprofessional receptionist. You would think someone who is dealing with sick patients would be more understanding and helpful. She kept saying this is an appointment only place even though I showed her that 111 had booked me in for 9am. She then goes on to say she doesn’t have an email from 111 for my booking and that they can’t help me. I was there ten minutes early, there was no other patients and the doctor was free. I had the confirmation txt for my appointment. She should have known that if the email wasn’t there it would come through and just let me see the doctor. That’s what they’re there for. But I had to leave as they wouldn’t help. Three hours later she called me to say oh I have found the email if you want to come back. I don’t live near that place. And to think of having to go back and waiting hrs to see someone wasn’t feasible. Proper incompetency in their job. If their booking system doesn’t work, why are we being referred there when I could have gone somewhere else to get the help I needed.

The most useless "care provider" in the NHS, I quote it because they have no medical specialist in there and barely see any patient. 111 is not aware this is by booked appointment only so you get sent to be left outside the building with no care at all. This place needs to be closed to stop bleeding money for nothing. USELESS

Cannot praise this place too highly. Consistently quick, kind and attentive staff. I turned up on a Friday evening and was seen within 5 minutes by an exceptionally kind young doctor who put me at ease immediately. Her examination was carried out quickly and professionally, and she gave me what I needed to deal with the problem. Outstanding care and the NHS at its absolute best. Thank you!

It took about 1.5 hours to be seen. The receptionist on the ground floor was so helpful. I went to the centre as my GP had no appointments and had been very ill with fever all night, vomiting and severe throat pain. I expected to see a doctor after waiting all that time but seen an emergency practitioner. She looked at my throat and claimed she couldn’t see the yellow spots covering it (which were there as I took a picture immediacy after the appointment). The EP refused to give me any antibiotics and I was too ill to demand them. She used a phone app to lookup my ‘score.’ She sent me away with nothing. I eventually got an appointment with my GP the next day, after another night of fever and pain. The doctor seen how bad my throat looked and gave me a week worth of strong antibiotics. He said my heart rate had raised significantly because of the fever and signed me off work for the week. There should be a warning at reception of this centre to warn you you might not see a doctor. I would not have stayed otherwise- if you do go-wait for a doctor to become available.

Was visiting from NY and after a few days in London developed a horrible sore throat which turned out to be simultaneously strep throat and tonsillitis, truly awful stuff. I called this urgent care center and the receptionist said I could come in right away to be seen. The check-in process was quick and easy. The wait, while unbearable at the time, was in hindsight a reasonable amount of time - less than an hour. I first saw a nurse and then the doctor, who admittedly lacked bedside manner and was obvious in his attempts to keep the encounter at brief as possible. Though again, a fair expectation for urgent care. I received a diagnosis and prescription immediately. Furthermore, I could not believe that in total, the visit, exam, and medication was... wait for it... 8£!! Are you kidding me? Amazing. So cheap I didn’t even bother to use the travel insurance I had. Maybe my standards (read: American healthcare) are abysmally low, or maybe this place really is as great as I perceived it to be. Either way they deserve a solid 5 stars in my book.

Waiting 3 hours and still have no clue what's going on! Docs/staff seem clueless and not very helpful. Suffering from severe vomiting -so lacking energy now as it's almost 2.30pm and I've had nothing to eat! Reception closed for an hour and half -no information again. I'm having to -whilst sick, direct patients to wait or ask downstairs! By far one of the worst experiences so far in ANY NHS service! Do not recommend to anyone who doesn't have time to waste! I am re-reviewing this clinic. The GP was extremely helpful and informative. Would be happy to be seen by him again. Although, do not have 3.5hrs to waste for 1 appointment!
