Whenever we have contact with the surgery it is always a positive experience. We feel everyone involved wants to help. I manage my mother’s health and it is a very different experience with her GP surgery which also makes us appreciate how lucky we are at the Elgin Clinic
The doctors are great but it's hard to understand why the receptionists are so miserable and rude. Ask basic reasonable questions and basically get cold and shirty responses. There's really no need...
Moved about a year or so ago and updated my clinic to the Elgin Clinic. Had nothing but 5* service… proactive care / tests booked, I’ve seen the nurse a couple of times and always spot on or called in early. The reception staff are simply the best - and I say this as I’ve seen some entitled people treating them horribly - I don’t get it. Always friendly, smile, lovely greeting, efficient check in, phone answered quickly and appointments booked. I’d hire them to interface with customers in my business tomorrow. I only hope management realise their good fortune. My partner being going for 20+ years and always said same.
My wife recently had the pleasure of speaking to Hussein over the phone on two occasions, and I have to say that he is truly exceptional at his job. Despite not being able to meet him in person, we could sense that he was incredibly polite, friendly, and helpful. During the conversations, Hussein went above and beyond to ensure that she had all the information she needed about her appointment and prescriptions for the kids. He patiently answered all of our questions and took the time to explain everything in detail. His excellent communication skills and professionalism really impressed us, and we felt confident that we were in good hands. Overall, we were extremely impressed by Hussein's customer service skills, even though my wife only spoke to him over the phone. He is a true asset to the GP clinic, and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and friendly receptionist. If you're looking for a great experience at the GP clinic, be sure to ask for Hussein!
I think the two receptionist are very nice and always helpful. Never had a problem when talking to them I give this surgery 5 stars.
The staff who work as part of this GP practice are excellent in particular the receptionists who work really hard communicating and dealing with issues on a daily basis . They are kind professional and really sensitive to any issue .
This is an excellent GP practice. The receptionists are genuinely helpful and efficient, and the doctors really listen and make you feel respected. I thoroughly recommend it.
This Clinic one of the best clinics. All the personal are so nice and polite. They always ready to help you like a family. Dr. Deere is the best Doctor I ever had. I'm going to this clinic for 12 years and I never had any trouble with them. They just have one problem, They are too good to could find another GP close to them even when you move another area.
