Tatyana is excellent in her treatments I’ve had with her over the years. I’ve had hair removal treatments, and more recently electrolysis, and the results of her work are amazing. I just need to find more time to visit her clinic more often!
I visited a hair removal clinic and I am extremely satisfied with the service! The ladies at the reception were incredibly kind and helpful, and the person performing path tested before treatment was very professional. They thoroughly explained the entire process, the duration of the procedure, and answered all of my questions. I highly recommend this clinic! Also, the prices are very good.
I've had several laser hair sessions now and I'm very pleased with the results. I have very little hair growth now. The staff are very professional and attentive and offered me a fair price on a package of 8 sessions.
I recently had a mole removed by Tatiana at the Prima Britannia Clinic, and I have to say it’s the best clinic I’ve ever visited in terms of professionalism, experience, and knowledge. Tatiana is an incredibly skilled therapist with a wealth of expertise. She even advised me on post-treatment care for a CO2 laser procedure I had done elsewhere. If I had known they offered those services, I would have definitely chosen Prima Britannia over the other salon, as I felt so comfortable there. Chrissie, the receptionist, was incredibly welcoming, and the entire staff is highly professional. I can’t recommend them enough!

This clinic deserves more than 5 stars! The customer service, laser treatment and overall hygiene is amazing. They really do look after you, I would like to thank Chrissie the receptionist who always is professional, gives good information and is very accommodating. I would also like to thank and highly recommend Tatiana, who made me feel so comfortable I nearly fell asleep! I felt safe in her hands, she explained many things to me and is very accommodating. This is the best laser clinic I have ever been to, I will be coming back for more treatments. I also love that the staff are very kind, friendly and lovely! It’s all positive vibes and I really appreciate the effort they put in. Lovely ladies :)
Andrea is absolutely fantastic, very detailed and knowledgeable. I had laser treatment today and normally I would avoid embarrassing areas but Andrea made me feel comfortable and relaxed. She is always ready to advice and support. I would recommend her to everyone.
I have had LPG at the salon and various other body treatment. The staff is extremely rude and I have got Covid confirmed by the test and was unable to come as I didn’t want to infected the people at the clinic but they have charged me the full cost of my treatment! This is extortion. The therapists are unqualified and the clinic has very poor hygiene. I do not recommend it to anyone.
This is a fantastic and honest business as they don't try to talk you into wasting money on the latest fads. Tatjana is 100% reliable and I travel a distance to have her facial treatments.
Had a course of laser hair removal here. Excellent service, very effective treatment, very clean and safe procedure. I have tried 2 other places for laser before, Prima Britannia is by far the best place.
