   I had an appointment with Dr. O'Sullivan yesterday. It was, as usual, extremely professional and clear. I also see Dr. Z and because of the standard of this Surgery have no problem having appointments with the other Doctors according to their availabilities. I would also like to empasize that everyone (the reception, the nurses, etc) have that same standard and empathy towards their patients. Thank you Mulgrave Road Surgery.

   My 9.40am appointment was obtained at the 8.30 slot for booking an appointment. Though in queue it took only 5 mins to get my appointment. I was seen just after 9.40am by Dr Pardhanani who is organising a hospital appointment in the next 2 weeks hopefully. Really pleased with the care offered also noting the friendliness of the receptionist.

   Poor hospitality, gp denied to see my child due to few minutes lateness, came by bus from Wallington. But no any other patients in the waiting area whilst we wait. At least they should check my 5years old child. Really hate their attitude. Not even worth for a star. No more Mulgrave road Surgery.

   The receptionist was ridiculous. I called and she told me to visit the clinic next day. When I did, she said I didn’t have an appointment. As I observe, the receptionist is friendly particularly to white people. Such fantastic service that it doesn’t even deserve a star.

   Fantastic experience with this surgery. I filled in the online triage form, had a phone call from a Doctor the next morning and an appointment within 2 days. I was called in to my appointment 5 minutes early and was seen by a very efficient and friendly nurse named Suzanne.

   Used the online service to send in my medical query on Wednesday night (non urgent), response from the surgery within 14hrs even though states up to 48hrs for non urgent and teleconsultation with the gp within 36hrs. Really efficient way to deal with non urgent medical issues. Much easier than trying to get through on the phone. Really impressed. There is so much negativity about general practice and trying to speak to a GP at the moment that even I thought this would be the case. Thank you for your continued hard work in these challenging times.
