    One of the worst GP practices in London. Every time you try to call, you are left waiting in a long queue, only for the reception to decline the call. This doesn’t happen just once — it happens multiple times. When they finally answer, they are slow and unhelpful and don’t actually try to resolve your issue. It is extremely frustrating and a complete waste of time. Accessing basic care through this GP is very difficult and stressful.

    Excellent service. Great customer service. They answer the phones fast and are very friendly. Compared to my last GP these people r sent from heaven what a result. Thank you guys I will be with you for as long as im in London. 10/10 service. Cant fault them.

    AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!!!! If I could not give any star I would. The level of service at this practice is beyond unacceptable it is dangerous, negligent, and shows a complete lack of care or empathy from those who are supposed to protect patients’ health. The so-called doctors at this surgery demonstrate shocking incompetence, zero compassion, and no regard for the duty of care they are bound by under GMC standards and NHS policy. Instead of prioritising patient safety, they appear selective in who they treat with dignity showing bias and favouritism towards Asian/Indian patients while leaving others neglected. This is discrimination, and it is completely unacceptable in an NHS setting. The system in place is utterly useless. Booking is terrible and useless. Patients are required to fill forms that never get processed, calls are diverted to pharmacists who have little or no expertise in dealing with the issues raised, and telephone consultations are handled by staff who clearly have no adequate medical knowledge. This is a violation of NHS guidance on safe clinical care. The reception staff are equally unprofessional rude, unhelpful, dismissive, and incapable of managing even the simplest patient requests. Their behaviour breaches NHS England’s own “Patient Rights and Pledges,” which guarantee patients respect, dignity, and timely access to care. This entire practice is a serious risk to public health. If not already, it is only a matter of time before a patient suffers serious harm, or worse, due to their incompetence. I will be escalating this matter to the General Medical Council and Care Quality Commission for urgent investigation, as well as to NHS England for breach of statutory patient rights under the NHS Constitution. Frankly, this surgery should be shut down before more patients are put at risk. I hope the surgery is exposed.

    This has to be the creepiest GP practice I have ever registered with. I wish there was a way you could report a place like this and get it shut down, because it is dreadful. I requested to be removed from their register over a year ago on the phone, which they agreed to do, and instead of honouring that request they have been phoning and texting me non stop to book an appointment for very invasive procedures. I requested again via email almost half a year for them to remove me from their registered, which they agreed to do via email, and to this day I still get phone calls from them and even private text messages and phone calls from doctors, asking me to book an appointment with them. These aren't singular moments of contact, at one point they called me 3x times in one day and left several messages, and this was 2 months after I had sent my email request. Because I now live abroad which I have explained to them to get them to stop harassing me, I use a burner phone for my UK number just so I can receive text messages from my bank and nothing more. As a result I can't even block them and sometimes they use a different number to contact me, which is a nightmare. It's honestly like dealing with a stalker that can't accept no for an answer. Whatever you do: DON'T REGISTER WITH THEM!! They will never leave you alone!

    If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. This is the most unprofessional and unhelpful GP practice I have ever dealt with! I had a blood test and by the second day my hand was swollen and badly bruised. I also use the NHS app, but every time I have a blood test or any other test, they never call me to discuss the results. Instead, they mark it as if I “missed their call” — but they never actually call! Once, when I phoned to book an appointment, the receptionist told me, “Who told you to book an appointment? You have to wait for a doctor to call you, they’ll decide if you get one.” Completely rude and dismissive. I’ve finally moved to a new GP, and I’m so relieved. The staff and doctors here are unbelievably unprofessional. Do yourself a favour and avoid registering with this practice

    I have found this surgery to be very good far better than other ones for sure. The doctors are great and other staff members are great as well. The admin helped arrange an urgent appointment for me as I was very sick so a huge thanks to him he is very helpful. My overall experience has been pleasant and I am very satisfied as a patient.

    The reception staff are always very helpful and try to offer appointments or advice on what other options there are. Having different surgery sites linked has helped my mum especially get same-day appointments which are fantastic! The doctors I have seen have consistently given me and my family the best care, I could not ask for more.

    Rubbish system if you need an appointment, make you go online to fill a form, regardless if it's urgent or not. After filling the form, someone eventually gets in touch in the next few days and asks more questions, you then have to get back to them and eventually expect them to either offer you an appointment or not. If you call them when they are meant to be open, midday, evening, at any point, you will never ever get through to this medical centre, the lines are always full and the automated system hangs up on you, this is false. If you go there to speak to them, they make you talk to them via intercom whilst you're outside, regardless of the weather conditions. Avoid this chain of surgeries!

    They provided excellent patient care and exceptional service. Compassionate friendly and welcoming doctors and nurses and staff members including receptionists who go out of their way to book and manage prompt appointments. I have never felt more cared for. I highly recommend NHS GP Hazeldene Medical Centre!

    The telephone system and online consultations at Hazeldene fails to impress. The system doesn't stipulate whether its registration at the GP or a separate online registration which is required. The 'Chat' constantly refers you to ring the GP practice or 111 when you ring the GP practice only 5 callers can hold on and message says "according to our survey our patients don't like waiting 20 minutes.......please call back". The had verification codes and a message saying a GP would call but non of it registered! Not good for anxious patients lets hope it doesn't go nationally because its truly frustrating
