Rubbish gp, I needed an appointment for my son and they said a doctor will call, I then asked 'can I have a face to face' they said no because there are no availability. I guess they just were not bothered to see patients in person. Will be switching back to his old GP as they would offer either a face to face or phone call.
Since I register this Medical Center I've been through a lot of bad experiences with some Doctors. Rude, no empathy and a noticeable lack of professionalism. Today (Octuber 20 th. 2025) I met the graetest doctor I could possible find. Her name is CAROLE, I felt surprisingly well with her careness and dedication. It's the 6 star on top of the 5 I've already classified this clinic! I big shout out to Dr. CAROLE!!!
Absolutely unprofessional staff member beginning with G. She was rude, belittling and wouldn't even allow me to complete a sentence. She was dismissive and I actually found her to be aggressive. When I asked her job role she said it didn't matter who she was. I asked to speak to a practice manager and she refused. Whilst I was a representative of a patient of the surgery, I am also a medical professional. If I felt like this I can't imagine how others must feel. After looking at their website this particular staff member is a receptionist. Basic respect and professionalism is essential for patient safety. My belief is this particular receptionist needs serious training. I have never had such a negative experience at a GP Surgery and this truly sheds a bad light on the whole practice.
Very good GP, always very well attended by everyone, has service in Portuguese by Mrs. Gabriela which helps, not everything is easy but I see a great desire to serve well which impresses me. I come from another GP who asked for an appointment for stomach pain and they were concerned about high blood pressure, I just changed GP where I ended up having surgery on my stomach. So I thank everyone for the attention and special concern to Mrs. Gabriela. Thank you
I had an appointment yesterday with Dr O Jamshad who is very good at listening and understanding your problems. I came away from my appointment feeling very confident about my treatment and advise that was given to me. The reception staff are always very helpful when you ring the surgery.
My mother had a telephone appointment recently and was in extreme pain due to her arthritis. She was told to simply take pain medication, and she did. After a while, she contracted a sore throat which was worsening her already bad thyroid issues and was rudely told by a receptionist to stop calling the GP, though it was about 7 days later. The same receptionist belittled my mother by telling her to "stop shouting" when she was talking at a reasonable level. She even threatened my mother telling her to "come to the practice and see me face-to-face" after my mother asked for her name to report her. Overall, my mother has been left distressed and even unable to sleep due to how badly she was treated.
Simply Bad Service... Unprofessional, Ordinary, rude and ignorant front desk staff. Some of the doctor are actually great But getting through to them can be difficult due to negligence from front desk Where do I report these people and practice ??
Spoke with a lovely lady called Ruby who booked my appointment over the phone, she understood the assignment and prioritised me instead of trying to make me book online like previous receptionists have done before. So pleased that this lady actually cared about my health, and realised that not being able to book online should affect when my appointment can be scheduled. Well done Ruby!
Awful experience. Had a telephone appointment booked for 11:20am, received no phone call. Called reception at 12:30 to see if everything was okay and they said the doctor would call shortly. Had to wait around for hours until finally getting a call after 4pm. Terrible service, wouldn’t have minded being pushed back if I was told roughly when. Having to watch my phone while being at work despite purposefully booking an appointment before my shift to avoid this.
Worse practice ever. Rude receptionist and Doctors have no ideia about anything. Few years ago my mum requested a dietitian referral to help her loose weight and the dr basically told her to buy a ticket to go to Africa as there people don’t have food. Only reason i didn’t put them in court is because I thought we didn’t speak English enough to to make a formal complaint. Many other things has happened i am definitely changing Gp had enough of this one! STAY AWAY..
