    Another surgery with 0 respect of patient confidentiality. Has lowered my trust in doctors. The female doctor blurted out my private, sensitive information in-front of the receptionist and patients waiting to be called in just a few feet away! I’m disgusted! I hope they go or new management takes over with some high degree of professionalism. The doctors in that practice are clearly unsatisfied with their life so they would choose to humiliate and degrade their patients! PLEASE GO!!

    If I could give this 0 stars I would I came home to see my parents who are registered and was very unwell with a chest infection. The receptionist refused to see me as I was not registered and told me the guidance I received from 111 and the NHS website about them being able to see me as a temporary resident was incorrect. I got very frustrated and raised my voice I will admit which given I barely had any voice was interesting and she threatened to hang up on me. Disgrace of a clinic and actually have no interest in helping people.

    If it possible to avoid this surgery please do. They rude ,unhelpful . Always mistake with prescriptions. If I called for my kids and it’s only time I did the answer would be you should call us earlier, as I could know that my child get infection at school… I moved my whole family elsewhere. Mean and unqualified receptionist as for doctors I don’t know , never sow them

    What a complete joke ! My elderly mum calls as she cannot walk and asks to see a doctor and was told it’s not an emergency and will book her in in 3 weeks . The receptionist was so rude to my mum THEN threatened to take her off their books ! You should be ashamed of yourself . Clearly you lack empathy and are in the wrong job . It should be YOU who get sacked .

    I went to the practice looking for help and advice. The receptionist was not helpful and not even pretending to be one. She cuts me off at every opportunity, will not let me finish what I want to ask, and kept saying 'I don't know, call the number and shrugged her shoulders'. Then started to wave the piece of paper at me when I tried to ask more questions. I can read. I have made all attempts to make the calls and googled online to see if I can do online booking (same number on the paper given to me) before I decided to walk in for help. We've been told abuse, aggression towards their staff will not be tolerated. But it is ok for their staff to be aggressive towards me? I'd give 0 star if I could. Avoid this practice.

    Ive not thankfully needed to visit the doctors very often and when I did recently I was shocked to learn I’d been removed from their register of patients (because I hadn’t been in while) I had to go in to reregister or do it online and it was to take up to 2 weeks then I’m allowed book and appointment. So basically if your generally a well person who doesn’t need the doctors very often this isn’t the place for you. I’m basically being penalised for being well. I was never given notification about being removed it’s really disappointing when I do need an appointment I’m now left with out.

    Inefficient lazy and incompetent I went in this morning to hand in a urine sample and 3 ladies at the reception didn't the procedures to accept a sample. No one seems to know what they are doing and not willing to help either. I had a work call to take and one of the ladies said I have to wait till the other lady returns, after explaining the situation she decided to go and get her after 10 minutes of waiting. The whole process of taking in a urine sample took more than 40 minutes. I would ask the practice manager to invest in your staff, training them in customer care or hire experienced staff who know their job well. I would look at other surgeries before joining this one. very poor standards.

    You're better off with chimps behind the reception desk. They might actually answer the phone. It never takes me less than 4 attempts (After calling in a row) to get through to them. Either they need to hire more staff or they simply refuse to pick it up. The fact you can't leave a voicemail makes it even worse. The only reason I didn't give 1 star is because the actual GPs aren't so bad. They do a decent job. But the reception team can't seem to wait to get rid of you on the phone. Also - I don't know whether this is an issue with the reception or somewhere higher up (my guess would be higher up), but when you call, there never seems to be any availabilities for about a fortnight. If I'm ill today, why the heck would I want an appointment 2 weeks from now?! I'd have either been cured or dead by that point.

    Some of the receptionists should be kicked off from working in any administration or office. I called today because I am feeling unwell for 4 days now. I wanted an appointment to see the doctor for that. You should hear that women in the other end of the phone how quickly she got rid of me. I didn't have the time to say a word and she hung up on me. Rude person!!!! Next time I'll go down personally and she's gonna hear from me!!!!!

    Incredibly poor service. The amount of errors made over the past 18 months by reception and other staff is almost uncountable. This includes not being contacted with important results, having appointments cancelled unnecessarily, having to wait 3 weeks for a blood test, and almost missing a flight due to them not being able to provide a letter despite being given 2 weeks notice. The service is clearly over-subscribed with an average appointment waiting time of 2 weeks, even for an unwell infant. There is never any hand sanitiser in any of the machines. Being a patient here has been very distressing and frustrating and I am registering somewhere else.
