   I have been with this surgery for nearly 16 years and I honestly cannot fault the doctors here. Dr Cotton and Dr Kirby are absolutely phenomenal doctors, kind and caring. The only thing I would change is please return to the old ways of letting people call through in the afternoon too...I have had to contact the surgery through the website and it's not always viable because I have such bad flare-ups in my hands so difficult to type but I'm not allowed to call in the afternoons even if it's admin related unless it's to have an emergency appointment. It's frustrating that way as at least one receptionist should be on call if we need admin answers, if we can't use the website. Doctors are 5 stars and Wendy the receptionist is absolutely lovely, friendly and helpful, definitely 5 star receptionist.

   Disgraceful surgery. Have been waiting 5 hours for a call from doctor for an autistic 4 year old with high fever. They don’t answer the phone and I had to resort to calling 11 this morning to get them to contact the surgery to ask a doctor to call, despite that they still haven’t called. Now having to take my child to A&E. AVOID THIS SURGERY!! Disgusting waste of tax payers money.

   I love, love this surgery.. they have such an excellent communication ethic, the receptionists are always polite & helpful the Doctors are fantastic. I have always had a quick response even in these trying times & working in a pharmacy out of area, they are very few.

   They have never been helpful they don't listen to me or my symptoms I have asked for referrals due to severe muscle pain and I get nothing I've asked for sick note for work and that was hard to do asked for pain relief won't give it. I suffer with mental heath and ptsd no help so m changing doctors because tattenham health Centre makes my life even more stressful. Can never get appointments. Feel very let down qnd alone

   Shout out to Tattenham Corner health centre… Tuesday my doctor called me at 7.30pm (I had called at 4.30 on the off chance of an appointment but they didn’t have one). Her call meant I didn’t have to go to a and e. She gave me painkillers that evening and advice and a blood test at 9am the next day! Then rang the results through to me this morning (Friday). I’m on the mend for sure, with follow up tests booked to confirm all is well. Amazing service from a receptionist and then a doctor. Hope someone who works there reads this and tells them! I have thanked the doctor but don’t know who the other lady was…

   Had to join as as temporarily staying in the area and I had just had a baby. We saw Dr Cotton and she was lovely. They also organised my babys check up and jab via text message and I did not even have to ring up. The online messaging service has worked well for me so far. It's does appear there is some issues with the phoneline, but if you message online, they will get back to you. So far I'm very impressed.
