   I called this morning at 9am to request a consultation and was told someone would call me back. The entire day went by with no contact, and I finally received a call 10 minutes before they closed at 5pm. I literally had the phone in my hand when they called, but they only rang once and left a voicemail. I called back immediately, and the same lady who left the voicemail answered — only to tell me that the person who called was “no longer around.” Extremely poor communication and organisation.

   For me, it was the first and worst experience after my baby was born, I went for a heel prick test, the nurse was super rude, and judged my baby, squeezing it several times very hard, throwing things on the table. It was horrible, I didn't have to leave there when I was so traumatized, I took someone with me who witnessed everything I experienced.
