I would highly recommend this surgery to anyone who is looking to get first class patient care. The doctors are extremely knowledgeable and they really take the time and effort to ensure the patients under their care are well looked after. Definitely one of the highly rated surgeries in the area.
They never answer the phone! I am now changing doctors after being with them since I was born. The filipino lady that was there for many years was brilliant. Since she left the front desk is a sham! The staff are rude and sarcastic and have no manners, arent bothered and do not even try to help in the slightest. 3 people on main desk and and between the 3 of them they cant assist in dealing with simple requests In my opinion they need to get new staff members that are actually interested in their job and actually want to help. No empathy, no understanding, no sense between them Poor service, poor attitude! They are more interested in what they are having for lunch than actually helping people. They should have just closed it down rather that keeping it open. Its useless as it is anyway DO NOT GO HERE! Change doctors.... you'll have better luck sitting in a&e than here

No the rarely pick up the phone. that is true. If you are so unwell or just busy that is really bad. half the staff there don't seem to understand more than basic level of english both reception or doc. I wanted to cancel my appointment by phone coz busy throwing up.....but no answer... couple of days later went down to rebook my antenatal appt...the receptionist could not find my name or understand half of what I said.....but got it booked for friday..... friday came, automatic system di not want to check me in.....alright that is usual so went to the reception, only to find that they had not actually booked my appt. into the system.WTF! I was angry and tried to talked to the woman whom had booked it....but she understood nothing of the english language....I was about to faint, something that happens a bit there coz bad air con,ventilation....and my hormones...so I excused myself to sit down.she seemed alright with that.... yesterday went to the doc....not my usual....just wanted test results. well he did not understand english either.. first he said test result were fine coz nothing on the computer....then he said the hospital should have phoned if anything was wrong. He said that I did not need the test done in hospital.......I tried to explain that actually on both accations that I went in was for emergencies and I hadbeen told to by other medical profs. but he understood nothing....did not understand the shorthand in my handheld medical file either. and when I stated my DOB in digits he got annoyed and asked about the month...and wrote it down in digits....MORON!....he eventually gave up ans sent me to his english speaking colleague.she did not understand the shorthand on med. notes either and said that I did not need to either....wow ....I was angry and said, well I need to understand them when no one tells me what is going on....and anyway it is common sense to want to know what is going on. she asked why I was there and told me it said in my notes that I should phone the hospital......well actually no it says if any further symptoms developed or worsen I should do that.... oh, and they finally asked what my surname is....ehhh....the one I registered with!...not my exs...thanx!.... I AM FED UP !!!should NOT have even 1 star. not wanting to put the life of my unborn at risk any further...or my own for that matter, I have decided to switch to the GP around the corner.....anyone else joining me?
