   This clinic has done such a great job! Considering I have not been the best of customer’s- I was late for my initial assessment and my first appointment and they have been so kind and nice which I highly respect. I also had a funny face tan without not even noticing so I couldn’t get my face done on the first session and they did not penalise me. I find that their customer care is really great they are so lovely and you can have a full on conversation without it feeling awkward. I recommend them. If you are looking for a kind and safe space this is the place to be!

   I've been to a few laser hair removal clinics in London and this one has given me the best results. The staff are very friendly, the prices are reasonable and they do good offers on packages. I usually see Tania, and she is very nice and accommodating to any requests. I would recommend this clinic to anyone looking for efficient laser hair removal. Also have to compliment customer service, they always pick up the phone or call back if they have missed your call

   This clinic has a very friendly staff, the establishment is very clean and nice. As it being my first time I had my doubts and worries but the lovely Julia made me feel comfortable and reassured me and took real good care of me, Julia at times would go beyond her duty to make sure I got the best experience while in her care. I would definitely recommend this place for first timers, if you are litte shy like me then make sure to ask for the lovely and beautiful Julia.
