I was diagnosed with Bell's Palsy in early August. A friend recommended me to see Dr. Chen Ling and try if acupuncture could help with my recovery. After a couple of tries, I found that acupuncture did indeed have an positive effect on the recovery of facial paralysis. After three months of systematic treatment, my facial nerve function has now basically returned to normal. Dr. Chen Ling is patient and kind to her patients, and her acupuncture skills are superb. She is a trustworthy and excellent doctor.

Have been over a few years and she never disappoints, had severe back pain and the relief after seeing her is just immense. Also dealt with shoulder, knee and elbow. All dealt with. Highly recommend.

After researching around for good reviews I came across, this Herbal Centre. I was able to change my appointment to accommodate my sudden illness (asthma) . I do believe in all herbal medicine so trying acupuncture was not a question for me. I can't say anything about my arthritis, carpel tunnel or tennis elbow but I felt my breathing got better within 5 minutes of the treatment. I was still at the table and I felt my chest was less heavier. I was breathing normally. Will update my numb arm after tonight as it is usually worse when I go to sleep. Will update on arthritic swollen knee after few days.

I’ve been going here on and off when needed over the past few years to treat my sciatica and other pain in my body. When I was 8 months pregnant and couldn’t walk dr Ling helped me and after two sessions I was walking perfectly. I went back after I had my baby for one session and I felt amazing. I got pregnant a year and a half later and my pains came back I only went back for two sessions one month apart and my sciatica was so much better she’s honestly very good I recommend her always. She knows where you have pain without you even telling her.

Dr Ling is very professional, within 10 minutes of consultation she was able to know everything that I needed. I have done 2 sessions so far for my grade 4 endometriosis and arthritis and I already feel different. I can not recommend her enough.

Dr Ling is amazing and for me there is no better Acupuncturist. I have been going over 13 years and she has helped me so much. She always knows what's going on in the body, is very knowledgeable and has a kind nature.

Ling is a miracle worker! I have been lucky enough to visit her Practice for many years on and off with various ailments along the way. She doesn't just treat you she tells you/shows you what you need to do to help yourself, as well as cure the problem on her visit. My daughter also books an appointment when she comes to visit so good that Ling is. Would definitely recommend!

Yes, possibly the initial consultation at £70 with treatment included is a little expensive, but then if you're in constant pain, anything is worth a try. I had my first treatment and, unlike physio, where I felt better after the treatments, I noticed no difference. However, the following day, my back and nerve pain was dramatically better, unlike after ohysio when the pain usually returned the following day. The pain wasn't completely gone but the difference was dramatic. Now after 3 further treatments I've been able to return to work and am no longer in constant pain. I've even been back to the gym for the first time in two years! The Dr is very knowledgeable and the follow on treatments at £50 an hour are reasonable when compared to physiotherapy and osteopathy. I have quite a severe needle phobia, so for me to attend, much less recommend accuouncture, you can be sure that the treatments are well worth it.
