I was a sceptic. I was gifted an acupuncture treatment and entered Guy's world. It is a remarkable, rewarding and fascinating world. Oh yes it works! Guy has treated me over the years for some painful back and knee issues. When all else failed, Guy succeeded! Would I recommend to my best friends? I have and will continue to do so! Happy 2021 Guy!!

I've come to rely on my fortnightly massage and reflexology from Zoe - it's such a lovely welcoming place and has brought back some calm & balance to my hectic lifestyle. I started going to Zoe as a slightly broken woman with stomach issues and general lethargy - what started as visit of necessity quickly became one of enjoyment. Everything from the pressure, the focus areas and the choice of oils for that particular day is always spot on. Highly recommend to everyone!
Massage with Zoe Knight was absolutely amazing! I have had a fair few massages over the years and Zoe's deft hands used various oil-based/pressure-based techniques to release my very very tight back muscles. She used some wondrous techniques to release my sacroiliac joint in my lower back which has been plagueing me for years leaving my once wooden-like back much more mobile within 35 minutes! Little touches like putting the oil blend under my nose for a few breaths and very intelligent use of pressure and warmth of her hands blew me away. Going back again very soon! Thank you Zoe. The clinic itself is warm, quiet and the downstairs room we used is just right with dark woods, large nature murals, soothing music and is very clean and sells interesting and useful foods and supplements in the reception. Also steps from the river for a relaxing walk just after.
Our family loves Well4ever. Guy's hugely knowledgeable approach to acupuncture, diet and Chinese herbs contributed to the arrival of our youngest daughter; Zoe's massage does wonders for my husband's back pain; and all the staff are lovely to our elder daughter when the best-laid childcare plans fail and she comes along with one of us!
