   Had been referred by my dentist due to a re-root treatment that needed treating and was beyond his capabilities. Parking available at the premises. Quick appointment, desk staff so friendly and helpful, Sanjay my dentist was a superstar as was his lovely assistant. 3 hours in the chair ! (1st session) told me all the time what procedure was being done, reassured me, and the time flew by. No pain. No waiting for that pain to hit with your hands clutching each other. In fact I think at one point I jerked myself awake! 2nd session 2 weeks later, the same. All my tooth pain has gone and the procedure was a 100% success. Cannot recommend the whole Endo Clinic enough. Well done all.

   Very disappointed with the service. The lady on the phone was quite rude and unprofessional — she refused to provide any details about the plan, treatment, or pricing, and simply told me to “check the website.” If that’s the level of customer service offered, I’d much rather go somewhere that values communication and treats people with respect.

   I did not know that having your root canal done on a molar would be such a pleasurable experience. There are so many mixed opinions on this procedure but I guess they haven't met Carina Kong and her fine expertise assisted by dental nurse Nazi and supported by Fabiola and Francesca (aka sunshine) at the reception. State-of-Art equipment and savoir faire. Thank you for your kindness, mastery and joie de vivre. No pain afterwards and able to eat hot and cold a few hours later. If I ever have the same problem again, I know where to go. Highly recommended.

   I would highly recommend this clinic. I was referred by my regular dentist for a root canal. I had an abcess which was hurting and they saw me straight away. Dr Vida Adib is extremely competent, absolutely focussed on her work and takes time to explain the treatment. She is also empathetic, which helped me as a nervous patient. A nerve was inflamed and she was painstaking in keeping me topped up with anaesthetic - no sense of rush. The nurse Fabiola was also very kind.

   Professional and courteous staff and efficient service. Nice clean and tidy premises. Frustrating though that 2 years on, alcohol gel is still required of patients (covid is an airborne virus) and temperatures are being taken despite most covid patients being either asymptomatic or not presenting a fever.

   Best dentist experience I ever had! Both the dentist and the nurse were very kind and gentle during the process. The dentist let me know what he was doing at every step of the procedure. The nurse got me a blanket went I got cold. The next day they call me to make sure I made it home okay. The nicest and kindest experience I had with a dentist!

   Best dentist experience! The nurses and doctors look after you very well and make sure you understand every step of your procedure. I tend to feel cold during the procedures and they were ever so kind to accommodate to my needs by changing the room temperature and even going as far as providing me a blanket. There was no discomfort and I left fully satisfied with the quality of service. recommend!
