   There are mixed comments about the behavior of the hospital staff. As for the location, it is next to the Chelsea & Westminster hospital and is served by many buses in central west London. If you walk you can use the underground Earls Court or Fulham Broadway stations

   One of the best ever clinics I’ve ever seen. They care about people and how they are. They are kind with patients. They give me all the information about my conditions. The nurse, Beatrice, was very professional. Dr Emilia was also very good and helpful. Thank you.

   Unfortunately the receptionist was terrible , very rude and unwelcoming. She got the floor number wrong for where we needed to be making us late for the appointment. When we asked her to check after realising we haven’t been called, she was very rude exclaiming that we got it incorrect and that “you better hurry up and get there then” and using remarks such as “idiots”.This is not ideal for an establishment of which you come to be cared for. Made the experience very scary . It was even more scary for her to act completely different once colleagues were around. From what i’ve heard this is common consensus and i hope that for future attendees that she is replaced .
