What an amazing service! We got there just before closing as my husband hit his head and it was bleeding. We were very lucky there wasn’t a queue and they kindly agreed to see us. They glued it together and we left all within 15 minutes

I was made to go to the Finchley walk in clinic 4 times in 2 weeks with my mother. It was very full and loud. The receptionist was very rude when I wanted to know how long I am made to wait. she said go to nurse in room. Spoke to the nurse who was seeing everyone in the waiting room and she said 3 hours. her name is Sharen. She said sorry. She gave paracetamol. she was very nice. I was very unhappy she was shouted at by a man. called names by 2 other people waiting. some peoples were so rude to her and to the reception lady. it is shock. this is wrong. the man was allowed to stay. why? she then went another room and called us to come in. She is kind to take times to explains everything. she checked on us for a few days later so we not waiting. she care for us and sent letter for appointment. she know a lot. she is best nurse

Sent to Finchley memorial hospital by 111 for an out of hours GP. My appointment was 10 at night was seen 1.30 after as they were running late. The doctor was lovely and explained to me everything. She told me what to do and even helped me find an open pharmacy. The receptionist was okay as well. Good service

I visited the clinic on a very busy Saturday morning, and I was genuinely impressed by the professionalism and kindness of all the staff. Despite the high demand, everyone remained calm, helpful, and patient. A special thank you to Kirsty, the nurse who looked after me. She made me feel completely safe and at ease. Her calm and kind manner, along with the time she took to ensure I felt better, truly made a difference. Thank you once again!

It may have been over 2 hour wait but the staff were very helpful and professional. The young Doctor who helped me was outstanding and nothing was too much. He also appears to have cured my infection in my forefinger. You deserve to be awarded a comfortable generous renumeration. I can't thank you all enough.

Don't know why the rate of this place is low! Been here twice. Once before Covid and once right now! Writing this review in walk-in reception. Everyone here is happy to help. so far so good will update my review if the rest goes badly.

Arrived at 2:30pm on Tuesday 28 February after experiencing severe pain in my right side. I’m new to the area and got an Uber to the first location that had hospital in it. On arrival, what appeared to be a nurse at the walk in reception to the left hand side asked what I was there for. Having explained, she said I’d need to go to A&E to rule out my appendix. When I asked for directions, in a patronising manner she said did I not see the large signs on entry that state that there is no A&E. I asked where the nearest one was and left. When someone is scared and unwell and trying to get help, at a minimum you’d expect to be dealt with in a respectful and dignified way.

The entire team have an excellent customer service and professional attitude. The doctors and hospital staff were very courteous despite the pressure they had to deal with. Thank you. Special thanks to Dr. Ade Ojo

There was really lovely lady in the reception when we arrived, she helped us with everything and gave all the information we needed. I also went to the information point where the guy was really helpful. Then other staff replaced the original ones and the whole dynamic changed. I had to ask something in the information point and the new man was watching football and was quite rude, new receptionist lady when I went there to ask something, she said to me, I am busy, I am doing something without any appologise. My partner also went to ask a query where she was completely ignored.
