Overall positive experience. Very friendly staff and the gynaecologist, they made comfortable throughout the whole process of the examination. I will highly recommend this clinic.

Poor service. I was really devastated by the way my sample was dealt with here. If you have a blood test kit, do NOT choose this place to do the blood draw & processing for you. Unfortunately the nurse did not follow my test’s instructions at all, and was rude & dismissive when I asked her to follow the timings instructed by my kit manufacturer. This resulted in her seriously over-centrifuging my sample, completely destroying it. I called my kit manufacturer to tell them the timings she used and they advised that it was likely destroyed by the incorrect handling, and they would not recommend me sending it. I ended up going to another clinic across town who were thankfully able to accommodate me super last-minute and gave me a better overall experience.
Fantastic, fast and friendly. Very good nurse, I went with my 7 year old, and where 2 other nurses from different clinics missed his vein and left him in a lot of distress, nurse Hannah was Fantastic, no faffing around just what he needed for all to be done. Thank you Hannah you really relieved me to have been able to do this. Waiting on results now
I had a seafarers medical exam at Medical Express Clinic, the service was perfect, quick and professional, exactly what I needed. Furthermore 18 months after the exam Medical Express Clinic went above and beyond to help during a small crisis and the papers had been lost. I am extremely grateful to them for their support and service. Highly recommend!
I walked into this clinic without appointment for some blood tests with my family. We were all seen promptly by the doctor before going downstairs for the blood tests he recommended. Nurses were very patient with us, even allowing my daughter to sit on their medical bed for a minute as she is scared of needles. Very happy with the follow up care and will be coming back in 6 months for another test as recommended by the doc. Cheers all.
Do not recommend. I came with strep A to do a bacteria culture since I couldn’t get through on the NHS and I’m allergic to penicillin. Got charged £75 to basically self-swab. The provider they use ran a pointless sensitivity analysis checking the strain only against penicillin (all strep A strains are sensitive to it - Id know that without a test) and erythromycin (which we already know has high community resistance. For comparison, an NHS bacteria culture always compared 6-12 antibiotics. Otherwise it really makes no sense. This derailed my treatment and made me take drugs that didn’t work. A complaint was left unanswered. AVOID
Booked for a basic MOT & was sent a 15 minute appointment slot. Arrived, was ignored for 45 minutes until I explained I needed to leave soon. They didn’t explain why I was sent the incorrect appointment as they’re usually 1hour as I later found out. Had an extremely quick examination and was emailed 2 weeks later asking for payment (I had already paid to have my results as part of the package). Had the most unhelpful call with a doctor who gave me no advice or any information on results, and then had to chase further results as they simply didn’t bother to contact. Huge waste of money and really disorganised for a private clinic.
These guys are crooks. Charged £450 upfront despite having health insurance cover. Took this up with the insurer, who confirmed I had been overcharged and that the correct process is for the insurer to pay (a lower amount) directly. The insurer spoke with the clinic and assured me that the clinic had agreed to offer a refund. A month later I’m still waiting and they’re ignoring my emails. Avoid.
