So pleased i chose to go with The Private Clinic of Harley street for my breast reduction with Dr Maisam Fazel, right from the first consultation to the post surgery check ups i have always left this clinic feeling confident with my decision! This was my first procedure so i was very unsure of the process of cosmetic & surgery in general but the knowledge, expertise and expectations set guided me through and made it a breeze. Also a big Thankyou to Stefania and Daniella who were also amazing pre and post surgery! Im very pleased with my results so far and would recommend this clinic for anyone considering having this procedure done.
I had a hair loss consultation which was fine. Among other things, the therapist recommended Viviscal which I said I couldn't use for ethical reasons (as it is made out of sharks). She said that she would look into alternatives and email me. I didn't hear from her so after a few weeks called and the receptionist said she would mention it to the therapist. I still didn't hear so chased up again, again was told that a message would be passed on, still didn't hear. I made a complaint which provoked the therapist to contact me. She claimed that she had sent me an email shortly after the consultation, but it had got stuck in her out box. I didn't believe this as in the email she wrote about Viviscal, and if she had done the email straight after the consultation she would have remembered that I couldn't use it. She also claimed to have been on holiday but according to the receptionists that I spoke to she was in clinic.
I have had vaso liposuction three times (different areas)with Mike Comins and everything went smoothly. My concerns were listened to and excellent advice given. Communication from start to finish was outstanding. Highly recommend him and the Private Clinic
I had my first Botox treatment with Dr Hao Hanson Yu and couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. He was extremely professional, reassuring and made me feel completely comfortable throughout. He took the time to understand what I wanted to achieve and clearly explained the areas he would treat and what to expect. I’m now 4 days post-treatment and thrilled with the results so far — several people have even commented that I’m glowing. The treatment has also improved a mild ptosis (droopy eyelid) I had on one side, which had been bothering me for a while. Overall, a fantastic experience. I’ll definitely be returning.
Update: February 2023 Rumyana Atanasova has given me some brilliant treatments over the last few months, particularly IPL and hydrafacial. She is very thorough and as a result I will be also undertaking ultherapy with her this year. Previous review Dr. Hanson corrected some under-eye tear trough fillers that another clinic had bodged, with accuracy and precision, and stupendous results. I'm so happy. He also did Thermage for neck and decolletage, also with great care and patience. I'm going to use Dr. Hanson for all aspects of non surgical facial aesthetics as he has a professional eye and a remarkable skill.
Rude administration staff which I am surprised to encounter in a Harley Street clinic. The receptionist did such a lousy job arranging a patch test with a beauty participant, with whom apparently they can not get the schedule. Through the process the reception staff showed no care about their client's need. When I called up to find out what is going on, the lady was so impatient and kept interrupting me. Not a standard that you would expect from a long-operating Harley Street clinic. They need to hire some better people.
I had vaser lipo here with a doctor who was supposed to be an expert in his field. It still haunts me that I paid £4000 for something that was *completely* bogus. I had no result at all, and no follow up appointments. They were quick to grab my money but I really regret it, to this day. Please save your money or look for a place where patient care is prioritised over making money.
I had an amazing experience. I had my earlobes fixed and already after two weeks you can barely see the scars. Thank you so much :)
(This is edited feedback) After having shared some of my negative comments and raising issues with the booking of Hair Laser Removal treatment, I have received an instant response and all my issues were actioned and resolved immediately by the Clinic Manager. I was contacted by Alicia, who was very understanding of the situation. Alicia and her colleague Emilia did their absolute best to reassure me and to address all my concerns - they made sure I was looked after from that point on and they arranged all my sessions in advance, which is greatly appreciated as I often travel for work Nationally, so it makes it all very convenient. In addition, Alicia proposed a kind gesture of goodwill in the form of adding some extra sessions on top of my package. This was unexpected but very well received and, undoubtably, set a good tone for my future visits to the clinic. I very much look forward to be treated in the Private Clinic of Harley Street as I am sure I will be looked after. I appreciate the prompt response and all the help I have received from the team!
