Lovely staff and great facilities. BUT... it takes three weeks to have an appointment and we are still waiting for a receipt for payment -- over two weeks with multiple chases. Unacceptable delays.
Gaynor was really lovely and friendly explaining everything thoroughly making me feel relaxed. Highly recommend everything was excellent :)
The place is lovely but its Gaynor that makes the experience more comfortable. She explains everything at puts you at ease. It's like going to see an old friend. I've even given your number to an old friend.
The staffs are very accommodating and friendly.The procedure was great as well.
