    I had to bring in my elderly mother in an emergency as she had taken a nasty fall and fractured her nose. We were seen quickly by a nurse and subsequently, doctor who provided competent care and consultation. Despite the clinic being very quiet, Reception staff seemed confused at times and exhibited a strange inability to verbally communicate. Make sure you ask for a letter or report to pass on as they won't provide one unless specifically asked for.

    I visited the clinic due to continuous pain in one of my legs. Thankfully, there was no wait. I was seen immediately. The nurse was kind and professional, and the doctor quickly assessed my condition. He ordered a blood test, which confirmed I had DVT (Deep Vein Thrombosis), a potentially serious issue. The doctor explained everything clearly, walked me through the treatment options, and prescribed the necessary medication. I felt well cared for throughout the visit and appreciated the quick and thorough service. In terms of prices: consultation: £120. Blood test: £107.

The receptionist was polite, I didn't have to wait long, and the doctor, nurse and technician I saw were all wonderful. Facilities all looked clean and new. I feel this is how medical care SHOULD be. Unfortunately, good medical care is now the preserve of people with money...

    Right now I left the St.John & Elizabeth's Urgent Care Clinic. I have been seen by a wonderful lady nurse, and then by Dr. Osaid Ather, who thoroughly, promptly medically assessed my very severe and acute condition. And advised me and gave me medication. I cannot be grateful enough to him and St.John & Elizabeth Hospital.

    Very rude french female doctor, looked so disinterested and not very knowledgeable, didn't know any of the medication I was on and she should. She didn't charge me which was one bonus but I would rather have paid and got a better doctor. Won't be going back as there are better options

    Fantastic service provided at this centre, extremely fast and cost effective. Dr Van Nierop in particular was very knowledgeable and had a fantastic nature. He spent a great deal of time discussing the various options available for treatment, putting my mind at ease.
