   I have been to several places over the years in the hope that I would have relief from my ongoing back pain . When Connie checked me out she diagnosed not back pain per se but tight muscles in my thighs which had caused that whole area to be out of kilt. Coincidentally I had had an xray that same period which confirmed that it was not back pain ,and the physio attached to the surgery gave me exercises to relax and stretch my muscles. Connie has a refreshingly no nonsense approach and clearly is competent so now I only have the odd paracetamol instead of three a day . Highly recommended.

   James is the best acupucturist I'v ever met. I am tennis player, and have some uncomfortable feeling with my shoulder. But I did not know where the pain comes from. He checked my shoulder very politely and gave me massage, acupuctur, scrup therapy at the same time. It was amazing and now I'm much better. I have no hesitation in recommending James for the therapy.

   I visit this clinic often for treatment from Dragos Corcoveanu. It has a wide range of complementary therapies mainly with Chinese medicine influence. Always clean, tidy and unobtrusive. I may yet look for acupuncture treatment here because of my overall confidence. In getting periodic maintenance sessions from Dragos - As an older person, keeping muscles and joints flexible is very important. Usually the CBD Oil Deep Tissue Massage is in order but sometimes there will be more focus on stretching. Dragos inspires confidence with his relaxed manner and is highly skilled. He also adheres to best practice in these restrictive times. He soon knows the foibles of client’s bodies and targets treatment accordingly. I may grimace or indicate pain briefly during treatment (soon passes) but the net effect is my body supports my activity for weeks afterward. I actively recommend his range and he has successfully taken associates past crisis points.

   Dragos is amazing at what he does. Best deep tissue massage I have ever had. He will make you feel a lot better in just 1 hour. ConidraFit is his own website. Nonetheless, his attention to detail is great and he focus’s on areas you need him to. Highly recommend

   I first went to the clinic because of severe lower back pain, I could hardly move and my body had twisted into an awkward position that made even walking difficult. After one session with Conny I was 80% better, after one more treatment the problem was solved and it has not come back. Having experienced such an amazing practitioner at work I am very happy to return regularly for maintenance to make sure any areas that are tight are dealt with before they become a problem. I cannot recommend Yi Dao enough for any range of health problems, extremely friendly and experienced staff, you will be well looked after.
