don't let your GP refer you here thinking it be quicker or call and ask how long the wait is. I waited two months for an appointment referred as urgent. When I chased I was told I had to wait two months, after already waiting two months. I took a day off work to attend and when I got there the whole thing lasted less than 5minutes because I should have been referred to hospital and not seen by Communitas. Please look into triaging your referrals properly so nobody's time is wasted. I now need to go back into the queue for the hospital to see me. *Update, I filled a formal complaint (details of which involve much more than what I had written in this google review which include impact to my care) and the response I got is no accountability and no actions or attempts to make change from their side with a victim-blaming mentality "I am sorry you were confused".

I've been waiting for ages for my son to have a hearing test. The first test was designed for an adult and at 3 he clearly wasn't going to be able to complete it effectively. A few months later I was then given an appointment and although I told the admin staff the date of birth she didn't register his age until after the appointment had been booked (even though I told her the DOB on the phone). I was then called back to be told it had been cancelled and that he would be placed on the paediatric waiting list again. The waiting times on the phone are as expected but their staff really need to be more on the ball.

Terrible service. Every time I call, there are always thirty callers before me in the queue to book an appointment. When I do finally get through, the line goes dead. My son has had nose bleeds every two weeks for months and my GP doesn't care, they just tell me to keep trying this useless service.

Absolutely awful service and Comunitas should be ashamed of themselves as they are providing a service via the NHS. I’ve had my hearing appointment cancelled 3 times now. Clinics that run at the Halley Steward Clinic continuously cancelled.

I was worried about my health. I'm glad I was able to make an appointment at this clinic. Dr. Ahmad and her assistant took excellent care of me. They made me feel better. It is very pleasing to see such professional and friendly employees within the NHS.

I was very impressed with the care I received at my ENT appointment yesterday. First class care, empathy and professionalism. NHS at its best! Thank you

2 years of visiting this team due to discharge from my ear today I discover a Cholesteatoma growing why did this team never pick this up, I now have to wait to see the damage the years of growth have done to my hearing and possibly my nerves! I wouldn't recommend this service at all

I was hoping to get seen by someone regarding a severe skin condition but I was told abruptly that I'd have to get a referral from my GP, and when I said I'm in the same Borough I was then told it wasn't possible to be seen. Waste of time and unprofessional.

I have ENT appointments here because I don't seem to be offered my usual appointments at Queens. They always feel rushed, spare and incomplete. The nurse was lovely, very kind and polite, but the ENT specialist barely asked me any questions, didn't ask me some of the basic questions eg was I having pain in my ears, and proceeded to explain my audiogram charts from other health services that I'd shown him. Well I could see that for myself: it's pretty obvious and the charts are simple to read, and I've had them for months! He didn't listen to me when I explained recurrent infections and was dismissive about his questioning. He laughed at me when I mentioned I'd taken a couple of (scientifically credible) natural remedies which cleared up the sinus infections for duration I was using them. One is a rather potent natural antibiotic are far better (for me...) than taking antibiotics, with far fewer side effects. Perhaps learn? No indication of what would happen next about monitoring my hearing, so I had to ask. Does no-one know how to communicate with patients? I will ask for another doctor if I am required to come here again. Frustrating, and felt like a wasted journey.
