   Was greeted by a lovely lady at the reception, completed a form with all my medical information. Got taken into the room by Vishruti. She provided a 10/10 service. We first had a consultation of what the issues were then she got in to tackling those issues. She was informative with an after care plan. Highly recommended and will use service again very soon.

   I had a steroid injection here today (27/08) and honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. My physio, Bimisa, was so kind and reassuring — she really put me at ease, explained everything clearly, and made the whole process much less daunting than I expected. She was both professional and genuinely caring, which made such a difference. I left feeling really well looked after and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this clinic to anyone.

   Having spent hours taking my husband to Finchley memorial, then Barnet general where the wait was 14-16 hours, I frantically left hubby in waiting room after 3 hours to google physios. From the incredible receptionist who said that the physiotherapist would call me at 11.45, to Bimisa who called on the dot, saw my hubby straight away. Did an ultrasound, diagnosed him, taped him up and gave us instructions for our GP, we couldn’t have asked for more. The professionalism, expertise, kindness and knowledge of this practice is unparalleled. Thank you so much for everything you did for us today. We will be forever grateful.

   The physio I saw , Hilda , has a balanced approach. She read up the notes from the consultant , explained thoroughly the treatment options and decided on the duration of physio - hour or half hour . Very good , genuine professional company!

   Highly recommend the wonderful care at Southgate Physio. I have attended for a number of issues and have been very impressed. Bimisa and Hilda are both very experienced physios offering a range of treatment to help get to the source of the problem and I have also been given very useful exercises. Most grateful for all their help.

   Brilliant physiotherapy practice! Hilda has helped me very much with a range of treatments and exercises for my knee and more recently my hip and has provided referral advice for my GP and orthopaedic consultant. She is very knowledgeable and experienced and gives clear explanations and demonstrations of the exercises she advises me to do at home between visits.
