A big thank to the team at the surgery for their caring and friendly services, especially to my GP Dr Nimalan for his immeasurable care towards me, a registered patient, for many years... Please keep up the standard of your services to the public. May God bless you all

I would like to say that over the last 2 months the vale surgery from the receptionists takes my high weight and blood pressure to all the doctors and dietitians Shilpa, Dr Khoory, Dr Nirmilan, Dr Shiv, Agnes, Anna and even the lady that does the blood tests and flu shots have been very supportive and have helped me improve my diabetes. Over this time. Calls from the surgery reminders of appointments have been so supportive. Thank you to everyone at the vale surgery I really appreciate your support.

I just want to share my positive experience with this GP and the whole team at the clinic. Every time we have visited, they’ve been genuinely friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Booking an appointment has always been easy, and they try their best to fit you in as soon as possible. The staff are kind and approachable, and the doctor really listens and makes you feel comfortable and cared for. I’ve seen some negative reviews, but I honestly don’t understand them—my experience has been nothing but good. Everyone there works hard and treats patients with respect. I’m really grateful to have a GP like this and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Anybody wanting to register to this gp please don’t, they are very disrespectful and don’t know how to deal with patience’s, I am 6 weeks pregnant and all these people did was give me the run around until they removed me off their system. They made allegations of me registering with another gp while still booking me for an appointment to come and see them, I came out of my way to go to this appointment only to be told no one will be seeing me. I have been with this GP for more than seven years of my life, the service as very bad and I don’t advise anyone to go there. The receptionist did not have time to speak to me professionally, she decides to speak to me through the window of the side of the building. Then when I asked to speak to a doctor, Dr. Slovakia was very rude when he approached me I asked “ why was I not informed that I was removed from their system” he decide to let me know “they don’t give out information” regarding being removed from a GP it was also rudely said honestly, as a woman in early stage of her pregnancy and having my first child, I felt really offended. I was adults enough to walk away I am thankful I am no longer with this GP you guys are very rude and you guys do not deserve to have any patience coming here and wasting their time.

Really good service from The Vale Surgery. Reception were great and called both before and after visit to surgery arranging follow up with hospital. I was impressed with the doctor with her care and knowledge. Hadn't been for a few years and it's really improved.

Very bad surgery, I have call them to book an appointment with the doctor and I have waited 1 HOUR AND 25 MINUTES to answer the call. Very rude staff. I don't know why the NHS won't do anything. After covid everything things has changed completely. Very stressful life.

Please make sure that you do not register at this surgery. I have been caller number 1 in the queue for over 80 minutes & this happened yesterday. The receptionists are not helpful or polite & keep trying to rush me off of the phone. One DR asked me if I had been diagnosed with my medical issues even though I receive medication & I’m under the care of a consultant. Dr Khoori was rude to me & quite sarcastic when I asked her questions about my medical history. I’m looking for another surgery.

If you get to see a doctor, they are excellent. However, that is a big if, as the reception/ telephone system is absolutely abysmal. I have just waited for 30 minutes " you are number 3 in the queue" and didn;t move up one place. This is the third time of trying to get through to order a blood test that the chemist who I get my repeat prescriptions from told me the surgery had said I needed. My experiences about 9 months ago were similar - I just couldn;t get through and gave up and used pushdoctor. Get the telephones answered, please
