   I have always wanted to try accupunture, but was scared and didn't understand it all. Finally i gave in and went to have treatment to help aid with my mirgraines. Dr Lucy is amazing! Explains in detail everything. 3 treatments down so far and i can feel good doesn't hurt in fact the times i have been i sleep! I feel relaxed and some of my mirgrianes have not been so intense. Thank you Dr Lucy x

   I have used this establishment in the past and always received a good service but I received a terrible therapeutic sports massage service from a Chinese masseuse who worked there on Wednesday evening (10th August) her name was EYISHA. She refused to carry out my sports massage as I instructed after she said she would. I asked her to use oil during the massage , which she said she would but did not do! I asked her to massage my back which she said she would do ,but which she DID NOT do. She lied to me and broke her promises to me! She is not to be trusted in my opinion! Another annoying thing is that the clinic is supposed to close at 8pm, but she said that she was closing at 7pm because she felt like it-a very lazy attitude, which goes against Chinese culture.It would seem that all the masseuses who work here close the shop at 7pm instead of 8pm. A very disappointing massage service ,which is in contrast to my other visits to this business!

   I attended one section on December 23rd 2019. After section next day my back (in the area in which the needles were placed) was very irritated, itching for days. This is not my first time receiving this treatment,however this was my first time at this clinic!

   Excellent -I am a regular devotee of Chinese medicine and went in for high stress levels and a neck/shoulder injury. The doctor is professional, kind and treatment rooms are warm, clean and soothing. I felt better within a session and go once a week or fortnight to maintain good health.

   I was suffering with horrible hay-fever this year having tried everything that the chemist had for hay fever I decided to look up alternatives and found that acupuncture was recommended. I contacted the qi clinic and arranged a session of acupuncture this was £30 for half and hour, the practitioner set me at ease and explained the process. the process was painless and resting in a quiet room with relaxing music was nice. the immediate noticeable change was a clear head and a feeling of strength. I had two sessions of acupuncture and my hay-fever symptoms are completely gone. also I don't have to avoid nature any more as I am no longer reacting to high pollen area's
