   I developed very severe RSI in both arms over lockdown and this physio group were just terrible helping me deal with it. I saw many different physios during my time there and none of them helped me beyond the stretches the first one gave me. One in particular really raised my hopes telling me steroid injections will help fix my problem and she even booked me in for an appointment. I waited months for this appointment and pinned all my hopes on it as the pain was very severe and constant but when the day finally came, the physio said “no the other person was wrong, we can’t even physically give you the injections in the area you would need, so it’s not happening.” I was devastated and this really impacted my mental health which was already suffering a great deal. After that, other physios there basically shrugged their shoulders and said they couldn’t help. Never ever pay to go to this place and if the NHS refers you here, beg for a different physio or move to a new area to transfer you as the treatment here is just shocking.
