   First class service across the years . Medical professionals are superb . I don't understand the low ratings. This group of wonder workers quite literally saved my life . Blood ,problems, cancers and other vascular illnesses were swiftly and thoroughly pursued and pushed by the doctors exerting pressure on hospital consultants to check me . The hospital teams checked and started a long term investigation of the ailments. Luckily the problems were found and were surgically and medically treated. I am sorry for the people who have had problems , I wish you all of the best treatment possible. All I can say is in my case . Thank you to all of the staff at Gilet Road . I am forever grateful.

   Yeah don’t bother with this place, I went there to register… the black lady at the front seat for enquiry is so rude and dismissive. Didn’t even allow me to finish my sentence, cut me off and said yeah over there. People like her that make this of Diversity in jobs look bad. I won’t be registering there.

   Absolutely useless - hospital consultant sends a letter for follow up with GP, call GP, can’t get appointments for today or in the future. Told to call at 8am. Call at 8am, by 8.01 all appointments gone. Told come in in person - how when you travel to work? Told that even if the consultant sends a letter for follow up it’s up to patient to call and make an appointment as the Dr will not see the letter - how on earth can you trust the Dr to know what is wrong with you if they don’t read the letters sent to them!

   Worst gp practice I’ve ever been to as a wheel chair user they don’t care about patients. Also when your late 5mins your booking cancelled but after your check in they make us wait half an hour for the doctor or nurse anyways how on earth does that make sense they never have enough staff then close the place down

   Omg where do I start at the beginning 8.30am today waiting in the queue .a man waiting on a form from a nurse dressed in uniform he didn’t understand her attitude was “forget it I’ll get it for you “ how unprofessional how rude . Unfortunately due to the fact I’ve been unwell and trying to come to terms that my wonderful mum passed away while holding her hand I’ve not been able to address my personal health for some time and on this occasion did not put a repeat prescription on time. Speaking with the receptionist who was very helpful said “ she could see what she could do “ I thanked her . She left a note on my prescription and an additional post it note . Big thanks to the person who could have done this for me I now have no antidepressants ( withdrawal symptoms) no painkillers ( in extreme pain plus withdrawal symptoms) and no blue inhaler for my asthma let’s hope I don’t have an asthma attack , 9 hours and you couldn’t do an urgent prescription I will find out who you are . All these young girls have no idea tbh it’s no wonder the practice has gone down hill so much they do not have the experience, but I’m sure they will all be having a nice weekend

   Honestly wish I could put 0 stars for customer service. Earlier this year I was trying to get an appointment for a small surgery. Couldn’t get one for months, every time I called up the receptionist (one of which was honestly quite rude) they said they had no appointments and to call back another day and another day and so on for weeks. When I finally got to see the doctor he basically had a go at me for leaving it so long… like what? The surgery itself was done well so can’t fault the doctor (which is why I haven’t put 1 star) but the GP office is either entirely too busy or hasn’t got enough doctors. Either way the wait time for an appointment is ridiculously long. Also the waiting area could use an update, very dated inside.

   If you manage to see a doctor, the medical service is professional and competent. However, the clinic apparently has too many patients enrolled and is unable to service them. There is no way to make a call. There is only one doctor on the website and the next appointment by phone in a week. It cannot be called a good clinic. Because help is basically not given. Here you have to fight for help for yourself or your children.

   If I could put a 0 Star I would. Have been trying to get an appointment for my baby and my toddler, calling dead on 8am and haven't even been able to get in the queue with the annoying music as that only holds 10 in the queue at a time. Took them both into the surgery to ask for a Nurse, Middle aged receptionist with glasses and short hair was very rude, uncaring, unhelpful don't know her name as she had no name tag but she asked me what the problem is and then told me the nurse won't see them for the problem and that I have to call at 8am next day even though I said I can't get through and when I asked her for help with the App Booking she said it was not their problem and they have nothing to do with it even though they are promoting the App option it seems there is no support for it at all.

   The GP practice out of hell. Reception staff and nurses are very friendly and trying to do their best but management is abysmal. The online booking system for appointments isn't working and you have to call in 8am to book an appointment for the same day as they stopped doing advance bookings. This leaves you in the loop for ages just for being told that all appointment slots for the day are now fully booked. As I have a schedule to follow at work I can't believe they don't allow you to do advance booking for a day and time not colliding with your work shifts. Whoever is in charge of the management here: shame on you!
