   I would like to provide feedback for the phlebotomist (Jabeen Rizvi ) who took my blood samples today. She was truly exceptional. I had several concerns regarding my health, and she took the time to listen carefully, ask thoughtful questions, and record everything responsibly and professionally. This is not the first time she has taken my blood samples, and each experience with me and my Family has been consistently excellent. She is one of the finest members of staff at Leander Family Practice , and her dedication and care are greatly appreciated. My son was upset and crying, but she managed to comfort him and make him smile .Thank you .

   ⭐ 1 Star I’d rate this surgery 0 stars if I could. Leander Road Surgery is an absolute disgrace. The doctors are never on time, but if a patient is more than 10 minutes late, they cancel your appointment without hesitation. The phone lines are constantly ringing for so so long it takes such a long time to get through. You’re left sitting waiting for ages with no updates or explanation that their is long delays. The staff clearly have no respect for patients’ time, and the customer service is beyond poor.

Here's what it says: "I was the first to arrive at the GP (General Practice) to schedule an appointment, but believe it or not, they didn't allow me to book an appointment with the doctor I requested, and I asked for the last time slot. And it wasn't just over the phone - what really got me upset was that I was the first in line and there were no slots available. The receptionist said these appointments are for emergencies, and that to book an appointment, I need to go to the website. But the website says to go to the GP at 8 am or call during business hours for same-day service. And she told me that if I wanted a face-to-face appointment, I had to come back the next day. I didn't understand anything." Let me know if you'd like any further assistance or clarification! I found it to be incredibly unclear.

   Took my father for a consultation and was really impressed with the level of care. The doctor was attentive, professional and made my dad feel very comfortable. The staff were polite and everything was handled efficiently. Would absolutely recommend this practice.

   Dr. Sharrief will make a mother feel inadequate by comparing her to how her own mum supposedly did everything better, and even dismiss a teenage girl by saying she’s imagining her IBS symptoms. Dr. Seddique might tell you he can help after some tests, but when you actually try to book with him, he’ll become frustrated and insist you call back another day to see a different doctor instead. Dr. Patel won’t even follow a straightforward note from a colleague, instead telling you to wait until that colleague returns from holiday. On top of this, the process of even getting an appointment is unnecessarily long and frustrating. Overall, this is by far the worst surgery I’ve experienced.

   Before you can join the queue over the phone automated message says “if your issue is serious and you wanna be looked at keep holding the phone”. After waiting more than 30 mins the lady told me sorry we can’t give appointment over phone. I filled out the online form notes there I am not available before evening time due to work, next day they calling me leaving a message “please get back to me before 4pm” I made it clear I can’t hang on the phone because of work. Awful desk service, they ridiculous.

   It’s absolutely disgusting the way a patient gets TREATED and RESPECTED here. I had an appointment today for ECG at 11am with Paula. I was not allowed to do my ECG Cause I was late by TWO MINUTES. I was not able to get up from bed yesterday but anyhow managed to come to the surgery this morning in this adverse weather. My punishment TWO MINUTES LATE. thank god I am still alive could have been worse. Paula you need to understand the patients situation for what is he coming for ?? It’s ECG which i think is and could be serious. Stop playing with peoples health.

   I was pleasantly surprised to hear my GP Dr Siddiqui answer the telephone. I automatically assumed there were a crisis taking place in the GP. I was impressed when advised, a new trail where the GP man's the front desk and answer calls from patients wanting to book appointments. Conversation was short and sweet but swiftly addressee the issues and points I raised prior to my scheduled appointment this Friday. This is a good service....I recommend this as a way forward from Melissa Sharon Simon

   I have been with this practice many years. Some of the GPs are excellent. I recommend Dr Siddiqui, Dr Maxwell and Dr Patel, one female doctor I avoid as she is incredible unsympathetic and acts if she is spending her own money! I have found the receptionists to be polite and helpful even though I have witnessed them take incredible rudeness from patients. The practice could improve the phone answering service and the way it is organised. I would suggest reinstating the electronic booking in system, having one dedicated receptionist dealing with patients in reception another manning the phones. My bug bear are patients pushing in, queuing seems an alien concept to some

   If I could give this GP 0 stars I would, the clinic reception staff are so rude and disrespectful, my grandad has been going to this GP and he always leaves crying and panicking due to the rudeness of staff. He is very ill and the staff as well as doctors don’t even bother to give him his prescriptions unless he begs for them. I was on the phone to them waiting for 1 hour because they gave my family member the wrong prescription and they decided to hang up on me as soon as I was 1st in the queue que. Horrible!!!!!!
