   Dr. Haddad is very good, very kind and attentive. Always trying the best treatment for your medical condition. The receptionists are good as well, they answer the phone and they try their best to accommodate you. This GP improved a lot and I am very grateful. Thank you all

   I’ve been going to this GP since May for ongoing back problems, but I am incredibly frustrated with the lack of care and attention. Despite multiple visits, my concerns have been consistently dismissed, and I’ve received no real solutions or follow-up. The doctor seemed disinterested and rushed during each appointment, offering no clear diagnosis or treatment options. I’ve left feeling unheard and worse off than before. It’s extremely disappointing to feel ignored when dealing with something as serious as chronic pain. I would not recommend this practice to anyone.

   Bruce Grove surgery is not fit for purpose and is in dire need of improvements. This goes for two receptionist to two of the permanent GPs. The ratings given by the CQC where so many areas was highlighted for improvement back up the reviews that people have given this surgery. I was asked the other day how are they getting away with such poor service. I said that I think it's because the surgery is in an area where people are not going to raise their complaint at higher levels. It's really sad because I have let health concerns go untreated because I couldn't face going to the surgery.

   If I could I would give zero start . Today I witnessed that both of the receptionists were making fun and comment for no reason patient when she was leaving . In my situation, they weren't even better . When I was trying to make an appointment,  Receptionist asked me why I need appointment . So I did say I have got sharp pain in my stomach for about one year. He called, I believe , he talked with my doctor.  He said that now she needs a scan for her stomach . I felt so uncomfortable as they were not talking about me when I really needed help .

   If you want a doctor who is going to mansplain your health issues to you and blame every symptom you have on the anxiety you went to him for two years ago while grieving, then this is the doctor for you. He diagnosed all my issues over the phone aswell. I told him I have what I can only explain as a like hernia pain of something protruding threw my stomach muscle and he said "this is normal, I get this too" OVER THE PHONE. I am changing doctors because I have had to fight for things to be investigated further in the past for myself and my children, it shpuld not belike this .Its not good enough. Don't go here if you have serious health problems you might die.

   One of the worst clinics in the world. Very irresponsible receptionists. Actually I don't want to give even a star but without giving one star I can't write the comment. They are thinking the patients are slaves. I called doctor with severe bowel obstruction and vomiting but doctor told its a gas trouble problem. So just think about the knowledge....

   I been contacting the Gp for over a week. I have a health Condition that I can’t mention here. No one is picking up the phone and after 20/30 minutes of hold they disconnect the phone on purpose! The Caribbean lady with short hair is really rude and shouldn’t be the receptionist at the Health Surgery. I feel so embarrassed to have such people working in health care. I will be changing this Gp. Do not come here because you will regret!

   This GP PRACTICE and CASTLEVIEW SURGERY are both partnerships and they are discustingly rude. The receptionist and main doctors are absolutely rude. O always call on behalf of my mum and aunt and they always criticise their lack of english eventhough they have a fresh accent themselves. This is discrimination, if you work with people you cant be treating them like this. Especially in the health sector. These doctors need to be ***** out. I dont know how this is going on for so long and nothing is done about it.

   I been with this Gp for a couple of years but I regret every time I go there. Communication is the main problem there! The 2 lady ( Caribbean/African) receptionists are lacking customer service and got very poor manners! I don’t believe this is the right job for them! The male receptionist however is good! Legal standards are not met in the surgery! I THOUGHT OF LEAVING THEM A FEW TIMES BUT STILL STAYED AROUND FOR A CHANGE BUT SINCE THERE IS NO CHANGE TO THE POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE I WILL BE LEAVING FOR GOOD! DO NOT COME TO REGRET!
