New patient to the Park Practice and have had a great experience all round. Sharon on reception has been especially brilliant - remembering me from a previous phonecall and chasing my prescription to make sure I had it through in time :)
I have been a patient of this practice for some time, and I had an appointment today with Dr. Fagbohun. It was one of the best medical appointments I have experienced. She was patient, thorough, and warm. She took the time to listen to my concerns and addressed each one with care, leaving me feeling reassured and confident in the consultation. I believe it is important to acknowledge when a doctor provides such an excellent experience, and in this case, I felt truly well looked after. I would highly recommend Dr. Fagbohun to anyone requiring such good and compassionate medical care. The reception team are also super friendly, warm and helpful.
I moved to Park Practice earlier this year. In comparison to my previous practice it is as perfect as it can be. I have only crossed swords on four occasions. Each time I have had an almost immediate and positive result. Bigging up Sonia in the office as it’s her name that replies to me. Sally Calladine for great advice and trying many things to resolve a problem. Every interaction with the team behind the glass is an absolute pleasure. What a great team they are. Thank you.
This has been my gp practice for almost six years and am so grateful for the quality of care. Receptionists are always very helpful and kind, whether in phone or in person, doing their best to get you seen as soon as possible. I’ve had positive experiences with all the nurse practitioners and doctors, and appreciate and empathise the long days they seem to often work to help review a repeat script or squeeze in a phone consult etc. I know reviews here often come from people who are very dissatisfied, but these don’t reflect my experience at all. I always recommend to anyone new in the area looking to join somewhere local.
I’ve been with this practice for quite a while now. Have found the reception team extremely helpful and have meet with some wonderful doctors and nurses. The team have kept a close eye on my medical needs and have arranged regular testing and follow ups where required. I’d give them a BIG thumbs up and cannot understand the negative reviews as I’ve experienced quite the opposite!!
Dr.Yusef is a terrible Doctor. Called up about the worst cough I’ve ever had. Dr.Yusef played it down said it was fine, green phlegm and temperature of 38•c was ok!!! I needed treatment in A&E that night. Dr.Yusef should be struck off!
Such rude staff maybe one or two nice ladies but I feel extreme anxiety calling and talking to these ladies to book an appointment. Such personal information being spoken over the phone to feel anxious and disrespected to just enquire and get an appointment. Iv been made to feel stupid on many occasions. They need to reevaluate there staffs skills in handling human beings.
I have been waiting over 2 years to get an appointment for my bad knees finally get a call back from the doctors after waiting for two months for a callback spoke to receptionist said she hasn't received my email when she looked it further it was sitting in a inbox without being opened. Finally I get a call back from the doctor he advised I get a appointment asap spoke to the receptionist and she was about as helpful as a chocolate teapot it says on the recording that they're open from 8:30 to 6:30 but cannot get a call after work accidentally rang the surgery next to them Oakfield Road could fit me in the next days straight away I am going to change my alliance from park practice 2 Oakfield as they are much better run
No professionalism from the receptionist, this morning I called in to enquire about my son which I am very concerned about his behaviour, if this is a case I can consult the GP, the receptionist keep on telling me there is no appointment and then hang up the phone into my ears this surgery do not deserve not even 1 star. Unprofessional and disrespectful receptionist. Park practice have the worst receptionists in the UK surgeries, I will definitely not be using there services I rather go to AnE they are more professional both doctors and receptionist and they work right around the clock while these surgery only employ disrespectful doctors and receptionist.
Absolutely shocking GP Surgery - it is likely easier to get an appointment with the Pope than see a doctor here. Last week I actually got to see one (I think she must have wandered into the wrong room as she had no idea who I was or my condition - she then asked why I had not come to see a doctor sooner - I thought she was joking and burst out laughing, then asked her if she had ever tried making an appointment at this surgery? I have asked reception for a copy of their Formal Complaint Procedure - needless to say I haven't received it yet.
