I've been dealing with the Liverpool St Clinic for the past 9 months whilst going through a chronic illness and have needed to get sick notes updated regularly. The GPs have been great but the receptionist service is absolutely awful, particularly for a private doctors clinic and the cost being paid. Unhelpful attitude, un-interested, un-empathetic, rude, not providing solutions and it makes me dread calling every time I need a note updated. They seriously let the whole business down and I would not recommend others coming here if you want a nice end to end patient experience.

I managed to get a next day appointment at a time that suited me. I was seen early and the service was courteous and friendly. Very professional. A clean nd welcoming enviornment.

I’ve been using the services of London Doctors Clinic for quite some time now before they moved to this branch in New Street. I’ve always had a good experience with seeing the doctors in person or virtual, Although virtual can be a bit difficult, I’m not sure if it’s the Internet connection because sometimes it’s always been a disaster connecting to the doctor online, it’s had to be rearranged to another doctor. I don’t feel rushed. I feel at ease to speak about the problem that I have and blood test results are always given within the same day towards the evening with a prescription ready as well. I’ve even referred to London doctors connected to some friends who have used their services as well. Doctors are friendly and I always feel like ease talking to them about my medical concern as opposed to my local surgery. My rainy day fund compensates for my health. Location is great it’s literally outside Liverpool Street station a short walk.

My appointment was a complete waste of time and money. I arrived on time, but mistakenly went to the Same Day Doctor clinic downstairs, which is in the same building. When I realised my mistake and went upstairs just seven minutes late, the receptionist was incredibly rude and refused to see me, despite the clinic being completely empty and at least 8 minutes until the next appointment. A simple five-minute blood draw would have solved the problem, but she flat out refused. This company is a joke and clearly values rigid policy over basic human decency and customer service. They kept my money even though I received no service. I do not recommend them. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

This company is run by not nice people. I booked a ride in advance that didn’t arrive in time then spent 30 minutes trying to find an alternative to get me to my appointment on time. When I called to discuss the matter and explain I had finally booked a ride and would arrive likely 2 minutes after the 5 minute grace period, the voice on the phone just kept repeating that I couldn’t be seen. This is asinine and embarrassing for health care professionals.

The doctor was good, the receptionist however could have cracked a smile, it wouldn't have hurt him. I was a bit concerned about paying the top up price as I had to give my card details to be put on the company's system. Please invest in a card machine. It's a useful place to go if you have a minor complaint and can't get an appointment at your own GPs, just keep in mind that it's NOT cheap. (I think for the price paid there could be a little more warmth from the receptionist and possibly the offer of refreshments while waiting to see the doctor.)

Allowed me to book a 15 minutes, only to tell me when arriving that the rescheduled appointment they arranged is for 30 minutes and therefore I have to pay double. I asked why because I only booked 15 minutes, and was told it’s a minimum of 30 for the service I require. The website shouldn’t allow me to only book 15 if this is the case. Clearly profit over concern for patient welfare. Not the fault of the staff I spoke to, but a very bad system.

Despite arriving 15 minutes early the person on the building reception forgot to call the clinic to tell them I’d arrived. By the time they were called they’d missed my appointment and couldn’t fit me in. The staff in the clinic were helpful and arranged a refund straightaway but service was let down by Spaces reception team.

The service was really nice. Unfortunately, it wasn’t helpful. My appointment was delayed and it only lasted 5 minutes. I had a problem and the doctor just said there’s nothing much to do without blood tests which cost another £260.. Just go to your normal GP for free. I’m a bit upset about it.
