used services twice in 2019. wouldn’t normally leave a bad review but have suffered so much trauma because of their incapability. i recommend go elsewhere.

Lovely reception staff always kind. Make sure you have a free schedule for at least an hour and a half There are different nurses and one of them is lovely, some of the on the other hand are rude and will shame you for sharing your intimate details. If you want to got for a routine check up you can go but if something more serious has happened I wouldn't recommend going there for help. Not a safe environment to speak openly.
The nurse, Jo, is the best nurse I have been to in London. Very thorough with her questions and very clear on the advice she gives. She was so helpful and took her time to make sure I understood everything. Unfortunately, I never got to have my second appointment as the receptionist is rude and unhelpful and was unwilling to listen to the fact that I had made an appointment, and because there was so many walk-ins, the door was locked and she refused to let me in. I would give 5 stars to the nurse, but 1 star for the clinic itself.
Now I understand there are cuts and it is all very unfortunate but it's beyond my comprehension how I've gone to this place SIX times now and every time they were unable to see me. Not only they turn away anyone who shows up after 2:30 (although they open at 12 and close at 6), but they even fluctuate between having two to one nurse, slowing the whole process down BIG TIME. Today I literally took the morning off to go there and show up as soon as they opened, and the frigging place is CLOSED FOR THE DAY. was it online that they would close? No sir. Do they take phone calls to book your appointment and put your mind at ease? NO SIR, just walk ins. It's making me lose my goddamn mind I'm livid
