I have been struggling for the last 6 months to get a proper diagnosis for my condition. I visited 4 different GP doctors, but none of them clearly explained what the disease was, even though the infection kept spreading. I then booked an appointment at The Town Clinic – ECHO, and this is where I met Cadeana. Honestly speaking, this 5-star review is not for the centre itself, it is for Cadeana. She dealt with me in a very friendly, respectful, and professional manner. Within just one minute, she diagnosed the problem and explained everything clearly. She also booked my next appointment for treatment, and I am hopeful that I will get the solution on my next visit. Special thanks to Cadeana. I highly recommend people to ask for her when they visit. Once again, this 5-star rating is for Cadeana, not for the centre.
Br Bignall and Nurse Cadeana were exceptional throughout my appointment. From the start, they were professional, calm, and genuinely kind. Everything was explained clearly and thoroughly, which helped me understand the procedure and feel at ease. They checked in with me regularly, answered my questions without rushing, and made sure I was comfortable at every stage. Their approach was reassuring and respectful, and it made what could have been an anxious appointment a very positive experience. I’m grateful for the level of care and attention they provided.
Great experience at ECHO today. I was seen by Emma who made me feel so comfortable. She provided a friendly, judgement-free zone and was so attentive and supportive to my needs. I am very scared of blood tests/ injections and she couldn't have been more skilled and professional. Truthfully... I am looking forward to coming back again. Thank you so much.
I recently had my implant removed and replaced, and I have to say, Evelyn was absolutely amazing! She was incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and friendly, which made the whole experience so relaxed and easy. It was honestly one of the best appointments I've ever had. You can really tell how much she genuinely cares for her patients through her work. She explained the whole process thoroughly and answered all my questions and concerns. She was so sweet and made what I thought was going to be a daunting appointment feel like a catch up with the girls.
Going to report this service to the health commission. Completely useless. The receptionist can't speak clear English, they are rude and ignorant. Never have appointments. This service need to removed from North Middlesex's management totalling inadequate
In the middle of a consultation, the nurse makes a call to her relative of someone without informing me. I am absolutely disgusted by the level of ignorance and support. Please recruit a dedicatedly important staff member who can take peoples needs seriously. I had to inform the receptionist but there was not much she could do. If I am going to be booked, book me with someone serious.
I phoned up on Friday to have my coil removed and got and appointment on Monday. The female doctor was very professional and made me feel calm and comfortable. Unfortunately it was not the same experience 4 years ago with a male doctor who was so condescending,I was so worried that he would be still working there and I would have to face him again!! I hope they replaced him!
Terrible, Terrible service. They say you need to call in the morning for same day appointment. I’ve been calling from 8am waiting for 1hr 30 minutes, receptionist picks up then says ‘we fully booked, call next day’. It’s been a week and no appointment. I will put a complaint. Bring back Walk in as how it used to be before.
Extremely disappointed with the service!!! Rude staff! Been to this clinic twice for treatment and for both experiences I had to chase up for my test results. It takes them over a month to provide me my test results and its such a hassle trying to get my results. Receptionist was rude and hanged the phone on my face. face
