I work in a community centre that have a GP attached. I am so grateful that I have front of house that take time to listen. Doctors that listen. I M so lucky to have a doctor's at the end of the road that are brilliant. Thing is I have seen so much change. Better a d. Better and better service. Amazing

My recent experience at the practice has been brilliant - Beatriz was warm, communicative and I really felt listened to. She took very quick action and offered great follow up support.

I have been with Jenner practice for about 4 years now. I love everything about the practice, right from the receptionists who are always respectful, r always eady to listen to you to the doctors who were very detailed and thorough in dealing with my symptoms. I love the short waiting time to be seen, I enjoyed the quick response from the doctors after booking online appointment.. I like as there is a chemist next door to pick up my prescription. The environment is clean and neat. I will recommend, the Jenner Practice for everyone in the area.

I saw Nurse Kate at The Jenner Practice this morning for my 1st diabetic review. I wish more nurses are like her. She explains procedures very clearly and makes me feel comfortable and assured. My blood was taken and blood pressure. She made my next appointment for me so I can see the doctor. I’ve heard people complain about the NHS service but the care I receive is, in my view, extremely good.

Since the practice changed the appointment booking system to a lucky call me at 8 system, it is nearly impossible to get an appointment to be seen. Surely there should be an alternative to allocate appointment. We are young and not able to dial in quick enough around 8, I don’t think that elderly or vulnerable would be able to get access. It is such a shame.

Inaccesible. Appointment system has changed in the past few months. No appointments in advance. All patients must call at 8am on the day regardless of physical or mental condition. Better off getting an inhaler for asthma off of a friend than relying on the Jenner practice. 7

I've been a patient at this surgery for over 4 years now and have seen the deterioration in service, to the point at which I'm not really sure how this site is still classed as a GP. If you attempt to self serve/ "consult doctors online" on the website using e consult you're redirected to the home page. If you click on Appointments you're taken to a page that does nothing to explain how you actually book an appointment. If you call the surgery, you hear an automated message telling you there are no appointments available, before the surgery disconnects the call. It's no wonder other NHS services and A&E are overloaded when you cannot even speak to your GP *practice* let alone a GP. The only thing this practice has been good for over the last few years is giving out covid injections, for which they had big financial incentives from the government. Any actual patient care has gone out of the window. Rather than spending time leaving wafty and insincere replies to the many negative Google reviews, they might put this resource to use actually responding to patient queries. Avoid this practice and avoid any of the practices under Lewisham Modality as there is no duty of care to patients.

First time in my life I write a review - I have experienced medical negligence at this practice and don’t want to keep quiet about it. I took a day off work on 1st September to run errands, including registering with the practice. It had been impossible to sign up for a long time because you needed a form to sign and couldn’t get a form unless you went to the practice, which COVID prevented without appointments. The woman there asked me to leave and go home and retune with the form. Since I had taken time off work to sort this I had no reason to do so and filled in the form at the practice on the spot - she said it may take a couple of weeks for me to appear on the system. She also expressed contempt and dismay at the fact I registered on the day and didn’t come back a different day with the form even though that’s her personal preference and I had all the requisite proof of address and proof of identity and a fully filled-in form. I now have my first day off since then today and as I have never heard back from them since I just called the practice and was told I am not registered and they don’t know why or what happened. But also that I can’t make a complaint about it because I am not registered. This is gross mistreatment. I want to escalate this - this cantankerous woman’s behaviour can cost lives.

Look at some of the reviews I wonder if it's the same Jenner Practice I use. Obviously patients have different experiences but as far as I am concerned I have always received excellent service from the receptionists and all the medical staff. Due to an administrative error I had difficulty In getting a repeat prescription and went to the reception today. I was dealt with by Theresa who dealt with the matter quickly in a polite and friendly manner.
