   I had a colonoscopy at the Riverside Treatment Centre in Lewisham Hospital yesterday. The care and attention I received was absolutely fantastic. If you are reading this review and are due to have a colonoscopy at Riverside then rest assured you will receive outstanding care. Staff showed great empathy and genuinely sought to put me at ease and make sure all my questions were answered. The actual procedure was virtually painless and nothing like as challenging as I had expected. I was offered a sandwich and a drink after the procedure and was given a full written report of the findings (with photos!) before I left the Centre. I could not have wished for more.

   Wow , i was not looking forward to the colonoscopy as expected but the experience couldn't have been better performed, the Dr's and nurse's were professional, friendly & informative. The whole process was on time and I felt totally at ease as they all performed their individual tasks perfectly as far as I could see as a layman. I was actually shocked that it was this good . I would recommend the Riverside Treatment Centre to all.

   Well escorted someone for an appointment. Had PCR covid tested done jumped through all the hoops they wanted. Came into the appointment no problem. Went out for a quick drink nurses all reassured me that I would get back onto the ward no problem spent 4 hours in reception as was refused entry. Couldn't even get any information reception well complete jokers. I understand covid rules and all that. But this is worse that trying to break into a prison nine un impossible.

   Both doctors and nurses were amazing. Were kind and caring throughout the experience. Checked my pain relief was enough often from the time I came around until leaving. Couldn’t wish for a better experience.
