Went recently and room where screening took place was cold. Lady who did screening made no comment when I said this to her. When she was getting me into position it was awkward with the way she was directing me. Was not a smooth experience at all. When I left I felt like I had been through an ordeal only cos of her handling of me and her hostility.
This was a very lovely experience. The reception staff were very friendly and professional. The waiting room was lovely, cool and welcoming. The service was totally efficient. Thank you all so much for creating such a lovely space.
I turned up for my appointment 20 mins late as I got lost and was walking in the wrong direction. Anyway, they told me there was a 10 minute window to go over the appointment so i was actually 10 minutes late. They refused to see me, I explained to them that I took 2 trains to get there and I got lost but they still refused to see me and they told me there is no other place I can get it done. So, I won't be back there any time soon. Bloody rude.

Outstanding service, waiting times no longer than necessary given the demand on the service right now and staff are professional and sensitive to patients' needs. They will rightly remind you of the very strict Covid protocols throughout your visit but I think we are used to this by now. Happy New Year to all the staff and thank you for your outstanding care ❤️
My friend came today for a breast screening, at the Golden Jubilee location. She very nervous, the staff are so kind and caring. Lovely lady on reception and lady that took my friend for appointment. Thank youxxx
