I'd like to note the current condition of the waiting room's ceiling. It would be greatly appreciated if this could be repaired as soon as possible for community wellbeing and public building standards. Many thanks.

Very disappointed with their service. We been booked there as emergency by 111, but the Asian lady who checked on my daughter was extremely disrespectful!! She didn’t even let me tell her what problem my daughter has and why we were there. I was basically stopped many times when I’ve tried to tell her something which is very rude. She treated my daughter wrong. For tummy pain and fever she prescribed tonsillitis antibiotics. She is clearly not happy with her job and has no knowledge about what she is doing. I do not recommend that place! Try to avoid it!

Extremely Unprofessional and Disrespectful Experience I am deeply disappointed with the level of unprofessionalism I experienced at this GP practice. The service from both the GP and the management was unacceptable. The GP showed a lack of care and respect, to me and other patients As a patient, I was spoken to rudely and made to feel unwelcome, which is completely unacceptable in a healthcare environment where respect and professionalism should be standard. No one should have to experience or witness such treatment when seeking medical help. I sincerely hope this practice is reviewed and held accountable for its lack of professionalism, poor communication, and discriminatory conduct. Patients and staff deserve to be treated with dignity and respect.

If I could give zero stars, I would. The receptionists act like you’re interrupting their day just by existing. The doctors rush you out before you’ve even finished your sentence. Waiting times? Biblical. If you actually need care, don’t come here go anywhere else, even WebMD would treat you better. I wouldn’t trust them to water a plant, let alone care for a human being.

I am extremely disappointed with the level of care and communication at this surgery. My partner and I have been trying to move forward with fertility investigations for over a year, yet we have been repeatedly sent for the same tests without any clear explanation or progress. After finally completing a semen analysis, it took two months to get a follow-up appointment, only to be told that β€œsome samples are normal, some are abnormal, and the test needs to be repeated.” This now means another three-month wait, adding to an already prolonged and distressing process. Throughout this time, there has been a complete lack of clarity, empathy, and continuity of care. The repeated delays and poor communication have caused significant stress and emotional strain. It feels as though there is no coordinated plan, and patients are left to chase updates on their own. I fully understand that NHS services are under pressure, but this experience has been unacceptable. I am eligible for NHS fertility funding and should not have to consider private treatment simply to receive timely and consistent care. I would like the surgery to review how fertility-related cases are being managed to ensure other patients do not have to go through this same cycle of frustration and distress.

Today I had a smear test with nurse Elaine she was AMAZING soooo nice and caring, she made me feel so much at home so friendly and nice. She even checked my breast after I told her I found lumps and gave me the all clear. She also reminded me about my letter for mammogram coming in the post and reassured me that I had no lumps. She patiently showed me how to check my breasts too she was wonderful thanks Nurse Elaine from Mrs Roomes ❀️❀️

Well let's see. Got an ACL injury in December 2021. It's now February 2023 and I've still not been able to get an appointment. Had a very bad chest infection since July 2022 been a&e about it and was meant to be booked appointment with this gp. Called them and had an appointment for 'friday' nothing else given. When I turned up to sort this out they said they called me 2 weeks prior and I didn't respond. Not sure how that's possible when I'm the one that called. Receptionist unable to book appointment at 8am told me to call for appointment they'll do it for me over the phone. Called Infront of her and they put the phone down on me. Yeah, very good gp. 10/10 might as well kill myself

I need an appointment or at least a phone call because of persistent chesty cough lasting nearly 2 weeks but I get a message at 330 pm (request made 8am)for a possible phone call or even just a text message for next Wednesday! Almost a week later when I’ve specified that I’ve been having the symptoms since nearly 2 weeks. What a joke. Eagle house seems to be the only surgery in Enfield which always struggles. Terrible service. I know they’re under pressure but at least a phone call?

They don't answer the phone and I can't make an appointment. I'm having severe allergic reaction to my heart medicine statin and they are refusing to change it. I have now stopped despite knowing the dangers of stopping my medicine for my heart. They will be the death of me. Written on behalf of my dad who is blind and disabled. I wish I could do more. I registered him here and I regret it every day.

The worst surgery in the entire country,Are the Doctors actually working?,to me i think they all are all relaxing at home. Receptionist are totally rude, you wait 20 mins for them to answer a call then get told all doctors appointments are booked,in the meantime your symptoms get worse, and they miss vitall time, and patients end up with cancer or worse death, cause their at home ,Went to hospital for my shoulder 6 months back cause i couldnt get a doctors appointment, told if symptoms persist to get a referal ,from my GP, that was 4-6 months ago , still waiting ,and still cant get a doctors appointment.im sure this surgery is responsible for deaths ,They certainly dont care at all.
